[Q] cpu and gpu settings not sticking - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989

I am on SOA ROM using eom toolbox pro, kernel tuner and trickster mod. I am having problems getting the max and min values for CPU sticking even after exiting ROM toolbox not even to the point of rebooting. Using trickster mod I can't apply any GPU values greater than 220. Please help a brother out.

Did you hit apply on boot

performance tweaks

So I talked my girlfriend into the gs3 instead of I phone5. And she loves it. I was just curious how to get some better snappierperformance out of it..it's running task and knootesz aokp and using fauxs kernel clocked at 1.8. It won't score higher than 4800 in quadrant and 45 in linpack. I Know this phone packs a better punch than that. Any suggestions .
Try ktoonsez kernel. You can overclock to 2.1
Try this - in Developer Options change the following 3 settings from 1.0 to 0.5:
Window Animation Scale
Transition animation scale
Animation duration scale
It will feel much snappier. Makes a bigger difference on older phones, but still noticeable to me on my S3.

[Q] color settings using two applications

Hey guys,
I tried to search for an answer to this question, and I must be missing the thread because I Am sure this has been asked -- so sorry if its a repeat.
Anyways, I have Atom v7 ROM on my Toro -- and I have Trickster MOD as well. I am running the 704 AK kernel --- and I wanted to adjust the color settings appropriately.
Basically, i noticed that there are color settings built-into the menus the ROM ... and then color settings in Trickster MOD app. I am adjusting the settings via Trickster MOD, but the colors or just not getting right.
Is it possible that the two applications are trying to assign the color settings and both are contributing the screen color output in the end? if so, how should i fix this. I like to use Trickster MOD to adjust other settings of my Kernel, like read ahead buffer size, etc.
thanks

Kernel and screen brightness

hello friends.
I'm looking for the kernel.
You fancy kernel or kernel ak?
which is very low brightness settings of our device should I do?

Hmm. I use Fancy Kernel, and there you can set the color multipliers, so you can make it super bright, or super dark.
If you give a shot to Fancy Kernel, try using Trickster mod. It support the Kernel. You can over/down clock/volt mod, and set the brightness/colour intensity as you like.

ASKP kernel is the best I have used, ever. I run this on Liquid Smooth and I just recently managed 36 hour battery life with mild usage. the brightness settings are completely adjustable and user friendly. More so than any other ive used.

How you set your color profiles on N7?

Hey guys,
A small search proved me that apps like franco kernel or gamma control don't support N7 for changing color profiles. How do you set this on a custom kernel? init.d script or is there a particular app I don't know yet? I am on ElementalX.

[Q]Gamma Control/ tuner won't stick on boot

Most kernels now support gamma control or color calibration, but some ROMs don't have a setting option to modify the RGB colors. I found the tuner file under sys/class/misc/gammacontrol allows us to change the RGB levels on our screens but it won't stick on reboot. Is there a way to make it stick upon rebooting? I'm using Dirty Unicorns ROM and BMS kernel.
maybe an init.d script?
