thats the same problem vodafone had wen i tried to unlock my phone thru them .... any1 no why this might be happening? i bought the phone legit... vodafone tells me it should be unlocked because there is no record of it in the system

It's a better idea to conduct this via PM because you really don't want to post a whole list of valid IMEIs on a forum.

[Q] Build number not showing

I just got a Desire HD with Cyanogen and in settings > info ... I don't see the build number. I tried using those secret codes (*#*#1111#*#* and family) but they do nothing.
What's wrong? And how can I get the build number?
PD: I just saw that I have term emulator, maybe I could get the build number from there?

i am looking for secret codes to access hidden menu on our wildfire -s .. i want o decrease the screen contrast but cannot find any code.
i tried many codes for service menu but they dont work i could just get this :

Are you suppose to look at the s/n or the p/n ? I tried both but none of they fully matches this example. I want to see if my phone is made after HTC applied the wifi fix.

You can check this on the phone itself: Setting > About > Phone Identity > Device Serial Number

but it still doesn't match the example from that link.

I asked htc about it and they said it is originated in taiwan. my serial number is fa28rw100679. part number is 99htb031-00

I have registered MEID of Htc One V on Reliance Cdma (India). I'm not able to contact the seller and the person who did MEID registration. How can I get AKEY, ESN, NV Dump File and EVDO Parameters.

Without AKEY and other parameters how you registered your mobile to reliance?

For registration only Meid and Spc/Msl is required. I was having that so got it registered but the problem is that I'm not able to get in touch with that registrar. So, I'm not having its A-Key and Evdo username & password.

I mean to ask without the registrar giving the details how you know that the MEID is registered.? .... Shoot a mail to [email protected] with the your details MEID , eSN etc. I will see if i can help.
