Is there any way to leave the settings menu in classic size in the PACman ROM or in the Paranoid Android?
I'd like to test this Roms But I Really dislike the size of the menu.

Yup, download the app widget locker.
It can easily give you cool & great working nexus lockscreen (it doesn't give the lockscreen of nexus 4)

You can try mods out there on forum.
UltimaROM has AOSP Lockscreen

Null ROM also has aosp lock screen
There is a mod in tge themes section. Look for asop mod 3. I would've gladly linked you but I'm on my phone..

Sometimes opening the notifications result in sliding to next screen or simply missing pulling down the notifications area.
Does anybody know of an app or mod to open notifications via button (e..g long press on home button) or shortcut?

Try apex launcher, it let's you assign taps or swipes to different actions. I've got double tap to bring down my notifications

Yes... but I don't want the launcher in table ui. I search for system in tablet ui. Like status bar at the bottom with on screen buttons.

I am now running viper x 4.1 sense 5 rom, it is a great rom, with many customization.
But i noticed something weird, the notification pull down is laggy, and sometimes moves slowly,
My dad has an hox also, with sense 4, and android version 4.0
The Notification pull down on his phone is extremely fast and doesnt seem to lag whatever app he opens..
This is really weird, i wish we can have the android ics Notification pull down speed and lag free on our sense 5
Can anyone explain why is this happening?
I flash all sorts of roms, all sense 5 and jelly roms rom have a Notification pull down lag.

My notification pulldown doesn't lag at all. Did you wipe cache and data?

I have a rooted N5X with Stock Rom 6.0.1.
Is there an app to set a small weather at the lockscreen?
Tried it with Chronus and C Locker with no effect.

That is built into most custom roms. You might want to try one.
Thanks for your answer, but I would like to stay on Stock ROM.
Testing C Locker right now. But it's not easy. Can't unlock with Fingerprint.

the only thing I can recommend is using xposed + [APP][Xposed][L-M] Lock screen widgets
you can use any widget, any size/dimension. it's quite confusing at first but you'll get the hang of it.
