Go to recovery:
Volume Up + Home + Power
When your phone restarts and show "Samsung Galaxy Note II GT N7100" release the power button only, and wait for the recovery to boot up. Just wipe data/cache and you're good to go. When going from stock to CM, wipe is a must.

Hey Guys,
I tried to flash MIUI for my I317 but forgot to back up. It worked fine first but then showed some bugs when I tried to reboot the device. So I remove the battery and reboot manually. Then the problem happened. My phone stopped at which showed the "MI" logo and cannot turn on.
I tried to flash back to other roms (stock rom, etc), but every rom results in the same problem, showed the logo and cannot turn on. I also relaized the in the CWM mode the device and wipe cache but when I tried wipe data it reboots by itself and stayed at the logo again!
I also tried odin but still can't solve the problem.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thank you so much!!!

Getting into recovery is the key. If you can get there you should be ok. And try not to panic.
Is this a 4.2 rom?
Current Devices: At&t Samsung Galaxy Note, Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Asus Google Nexus 7 Super Tablet
Current Roms: cleanrom 4.7 (Note 2), AOKP (Galaxy Nexus), Nexus 7 Stock

pc mode?
Listen your phones borked so forget about getting cwm or twrp...especially since you already said you tried.
Im not sure what pc mode is but right now just try to get into download mode.
This is done by holding the the home, power, and volume down button at the same time.
Ill assume you have kies but if not download kies from samsung and the current usb mode.
Kies has a new feature "emergency firmware recovery" . Click this tab.
Get your phone into download mode and when prompted push volume down again.
Takes about 15 min.
Yes you can try this via odin by flashing stock fw but I personally prefer this method. If ypu can get into dl mode it should work and theres no need to worry about the right fw, just choose the right model when asked. Att is sgh-1713 or something, just confirm.
After this you should be back to stock so just reroot and reflash cwm or twrp.
And...back your shizzle up!

this may help .
first turn off ur device . go to recovery mode do volume up/power button/home buttontogether .. and then u will see
wipe data and factory reset . do that 2 and reboot

He can't enter recovery mode... He can only enter download mode! If nothing happens then I think you might have encrypted your device or the eMMC chip is damaged! Were you on the KitKat ROM? I sent mine back to Amazon by running down my battery using download mode and got a free replacement with first class delivery! Return it back to your seller at last resort, not Samsung UNLESS you have warranty and your status is official and you have a custom binary count of 0.

Same process as any other ROM
Ensure that you have the correct zip for your device.
Factory Reset
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Wipe cache + dalvik
Reboot
I just tryed to install cyanogen mod on my tab pro. I rooted then i installed the cwm with odin. Then flashed the cyanogen rom and now im stuck at the samsung galaxy tab pro. It shows "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" in red at the top and "set warranty bit:kernal" in yellow. I cant shut it off or anything. please help....

Is this a SM-T320 (WiFi only) tab pro 8.4? If so, what geographic region did you purchase it in?
You should be able to boot into recovery by holding down the power button and volume-up until it reboots and just keep holding volume-up until you get to the recovery. You can then restore a backup.
The same thing but using volume down will get to the bootloader if you need to Odin a stock image.
Did you do a factory reset before flashing CM? If not, try that.

yes this is the SMt320 wifi only. I purchased it in Florida. I was able to get back into recovery by doing what you said. After that I did a factory reset and tried installing the cm11 again. After reboot it just stays on the logo screen.

I assume you also formatted cache / dalvik cache and verified that the md5 of your download is good?
