2. In dolphine browser, how can you add more shortcut link (seen on first page), by default and my max is 8 shortcuts only.
3. My rom is monxdified (cannot post yet on the board), im having problem in transferring large file from phone to pc. My phone hangs/freezes up during this kind of procedure.
Thanks in advance.

In addition to this.
4. Is there a way to change download location of dolphine browser?
5. Is there a way to chabge location backup of nova launcher (e.g. eexternal sd card)?

Hello all. I bought the ROM Manager Pro to help out the devs and for more features. I know with CyanogenMod you need to install gapps. How would I go about installing it with ROM Manager?

Go to advanced settings, enable the queue option.
Then you can queue multiple items (in order) to flash.
the in the download section go to google apps, but when you download CM it fives you the choice it you want to download them with it

Ah perfect, thanks for the help guys!!
Guys...most of us think that Touchwiz is a laggy launcher and mostly people suffer from it who do not want to install a custom rom....i have got this post for those starters who want a launcher replacement for TouchWiz with Stock Rom...So the method is very simple...You just need to follow....
First...You need to root your phone....I prefer the Recovery Method from the link below...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1317394
After this...you will need a Root Explorer (Play Store)...Install it and
Then go to your system/apps and search for TwLauncher.apk and also .odex file...copy both the files into your sd card for back up (change mounting if it says the system files cant be moved) ...
Now install an alternative launcher that you need against TouchWiz...If you are looking for speedy and lite launcher...Zeam Launcher(Play Store) might be a good option...Go launcher...AdW Launcher...Holo Launcher...Nemus Launcher are other options if you want Style with Performance...
After you have installed your launcher...apply it as the launcher...again go to root explorer and delete both the Tw files (that you backed up) from system/app folder....restart your phone...and you are done!
If you want to restore it again...simply place the copied files back in system/app folder and dont forget to change the permissions to rw-r--r-- (if you are confused...see the permissions of other apps) ...after changing permissions...restart your phone and you will be done!
Hit Thanks and help me if I helped you...!

Thanks for your post, however to install e.g. Go Launcher you don't even need to root your phone...

How does removing TW save RAM??
If you are not using it as your default Home Launcher....
e.g. you are using for example Launcher Pro, like me, and TW will never be in system RAM??

Correct!
Anyway, thanks for your work to describe the procedure of replacing the stock launcher.
What annoys me a bit is the fact that I have to choose a launcher everytime it(Go Launcher) gets updated.
Is updating done without problems if the stock launcher is uninstalled?

Actually it was made for touchwiz haters....who wanted to remove touchwiz permanantly...and wanted another quick default launcher without flashing custom roms....like me when i was a starter and hated laggy tw...but now xxlm8 value pack has solved it and i am back on tw....

I dont think updating will cause any problems for the secondary launcher if default tw launcher is removed....because the system will only have one launcher in RAM available...so after update...the launcher should automatically restart and run as normal...(as far as i think)...however please share if there is something different... Thanks

XDA Members & fellow GT-N7100 Owners:
Do any of you know how to replace the stock TouchWiz browser with the latest AOSP browser? And no; I'm not talking about Chrome. I'm talking about the latest AOSP browser that's available in certain 4.0.4, 4.1.2, & 4.2 builds... although I've yet to actually see it included in a 4.2 ROM.
Anyway, what I've got is a folder full of various AOSP browser builds. My goal is to, hopefully, replace the stock TouchWiz browser on my N7100 with one of the AOSP browser *.apk's in the folder I mentioned. I'd prefer the browser *.apk from 4.2, but I'd settle for the one from 4.0.4 if it would actually run. My handset is currently running stock, rooted ALJ3. What's odd is that I'm perfectly able to replace the TouchWiz browser on my I9300 with the AOSP one, but the same procedure done on my N7100 results in the browser repeatedly crashing.
So, if anyone out there has managed to get this to work on the N7100, PLEEEEEASE LET ME KNOW HOW!!! Also, I'm pretty sure that I saw a thread about this some time back, and I don't want to start a thread that someone else has already started, but when I searched for that older thread, I couldn't seem to find it. Maybe the thread I'm remembering was for a different device or something and I got confused. Whatever the case, apologies in advance if I have indeed just created a thread covering a subject that soneone else has already covered.
In conclusion, I really need to get the latest AOSP browser up and running on my stock, rooted N7100. I would be very grateful to anyone who helps... very grateful. So, thank you in advance.
Thank you,
Ed Mc Knight (Mister_Mxyzptlk)

I think that requires you have the stock AOSP browser already installed. I actually got it working using the link provided a couple of posts up. I used the browser.apk to do it. Here were the steps I took:
Uninstall the Samsung Browser called Internet using Titanium Backup.
Reboot the phone.
Install the apk in the above thread.
Optionally use Titanium Backup to make the browser app a system app.
You should be good to go from there.

If you're looking for speed vs eye candy, try naked browser. It's the pure web kit wrapped in a simple UI, hence the name.

That worked perfectly. Apparently, the AOSP browser from 4.1.1 works, but the one from 4.1.2 & 4.2 doesn't. Thank you!

Million Thanks, worked
For those who want to do it the manual way (I prefer knowing what is being done)
(assuming you are rooted and have successfully mounted /system/app in rw and have busybox installed and have Browser.apk in /sdcard)
Code:
su
cd /system/app
cp -p SecBrowser.apk SecBrowser.apk.orig
cp -p SecBrowser.odex SecBrowser.odex.orig
rm SecBrowser.apk
rm SecBrowser.odex
sync
reboot
After reboot done install the apk file
Code:
su
cd /sdcard
pm install Browser.apk
Done
Thanks a lot, this is my faorive browser, I'm using it on my N7 also
Have a nice day all

Typical question for a TW user...but does this latest MIUI have WiFi Calling for the T-Mobile M919 variant?
It seems MIUI included WiFi Calling for the MyTouch 4G on an older version
http://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...us 2.1.20:: || DARKSIDEmod || [UPDATED! 1.28]
If it included proper WiFi Calling for v5 that'd be awesome.

EDIT: Doesn't seem to include it for the T-Mobile version. What a shame.

all can try to by this url.

Why is my lockscreen all screwed up? There is no lockscreen clock and no unlock handle bar. Also why does it has less themed icons in this version? MIUI 3.11 worked better than this version although I had WiFi problems.
