sorry for asking but i have problem with odin connecting to my phone. i use galaxy Note 2 ToolKit V3.0.0 and Odin V3.07.
just to make sure.. the phone is not rooted or configurated in any way.. yet
well i load up the toolkit and select my device (drivers are installed and i can see the serial number), then i select "root/unroot options"->"flash insecure boot image + busybox".. after that phone is rebooted and loads normaly up again and odin starts and gives me nothing.. ID:COm is blank.. what do i do wrong.. (the toolkit says something about booting in download mode, but from what i can see its just the phone beeing rebooted back to "enter pin screen"

i know that this was discussed many times, but i still cannot find any solution to get my nexus back working.
From some reason, i'm not able to flash firmware with ODIN. I tried all versions of ODIN, but it still stuck on NAND write start step, after few minutes it end with failed status. On the phone screen is still just only icon of phone - yellow triangle - computer, no progress bar, nothing else..

tried also OMAPFlash with omap4460_tuna_hs_pro, it show me no error, but also afer this procedure, i'm unable to flash new firmware.
Any advice guys? I have feeling, that i tied everything from this forum.

it is sort of odin mode. keep retrying with odin, i suggest 1.85 or 3.04 with pit file.

Hi, after some work, i have now another state. My nexus is now not showing this triangle screen, actually i cannot start it with any button combination or JIG. But now OMAPflash works, when i flashed device with OMAPFlash and put baterry in after flashing, phone turn on into fastboot mode.
BUT... there is still some fault, because when i choose anything from the menu (start, bootloader, reboot recovery...) phone freeze and screen goes gray (it looks like old TV without signal) Then i had to remove baterry, disconnect phone from computer, connect it again and start it via OMAPflash.
I tried to flash something via fastboot, but i wasn't successfull. Phone again freeze.
In the fastboot menu telefon shows following:
FASTBOOT MODE - NO BOOT OR RECOVERY IMG
PRODUCT NAME - tuna
VARIANT - maguro
HW VERSION - 9
BOOTLOADER VERSION - PRIMEKK15
BASEBAND VERSION - unknow
CARRIER INFO - NONE
SERIAL NUMBER - show my imei
SIGNING - production
LOCK STATE - UNLOCKED
In computer devices it is shows as Android Device - Google Galaxy Nexus Bootloader Interface
Any advice? I guess its neccessary to flash new bootloader somehow, but via ADB its not possible right now... Than it should be reflashed via ODIN i guess.
Please help... i feels like i already tried everything...
I don't want sell my nexus for parts... its such a cool phone.
P.S. in fastboot device is like:
fastboot devices > 0A3C236510009008 fastboot
I have a note 2 its not rooted one day my phone just stops working i change the battery but now the software is stuck on the samsung logo or when in charger stuck on a battery icon, i managed to get it in download mode but odin now doesnt recognize it.
im not sure if there is certain version of odin i should use with my note 2 n7100.
summing it up i want odin to recognize my phone so that i would flash kitkat on it.

I always using Odin v3.07 for my note 2 but it doesn't make any change.
First of all, does the pc recognise your device?
When you plug in your device, dies the pc make a sound?
Does it say something like installing drivers csc, serial, and many other things?
If one of this anwsers is yes; try this:
I tink there's a problem with your drivers.
1. Instal Samsung kies 3 when your note is on android 4.3 or higher, else just Kies
2. Open kies (3)
3. Search in the dropdown menus somewhere above the screen for "(re)install drivers" (I think it was in one of the last menus)
4. Reinstall the drivers
5. Close Samsung Kies
6. Open Odin
7. Put your Galaxy Note 2 in download mode and then connect to the pc
8. Choose in the tab "PDA" what you want to flash with Odin
9. Wait a while, a bleu box will appear with COM and some numbers. When this appears your device is recognised and you can start flashing
If this doesn't work This will help too, BUT YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA.
1. Go to recovery mode by holding volume key up + home + power.
2. Choose factory reset. (It will wipe all your data)
3. After the factory reset, connect your phone to the pc and see if it works
4. If It still won't connect redo my first steps (those with Kies)
If it still doesn't work, I can't help you
today I flashed cwm recovery via twrp... but when I tries to enter recovery screen act weirdly zig zag type in galaxy note II n7100 screen at start and then blank... nothing happens ...
so... I flashed twrp for n7100 (t03g)
via an app, found in Play store (forgot the name -not goo manager or twrp manager ) then I restart my phone and now its stuck in a screen showing Green bot standing and below written Downloading... Do not turn off target!!
and nothing happens... several times restarted but the same screen... removed battery then put it back and restart ... still same .
and yes there is no usb cable attached...
with volume - menu and power combination I can still go to Download mode with written in top ODIN MODE.
and pc cant detect my phone... tried drivers then kies again uninstall it but still wont work.
So... please guys is there annny.... possible solution to fix this .

can boot into download mode... but cant start system or cant boot into recovery... it just show downloading when I press power button
ok so i had the latest cm13 rom on my phone partition is in ext4 had many issues with the rom so i went to flash the stock rom with odin
while the firmware was loading my usb cable failed and an error popped up saying odin process was aborted then the com port went empty (the phone disappeared) no the phone will not go into download mode while trying to get into download mode every thing looks good till you press the up button an you go to odin mode but with a message: firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies and try again.
however my pc will not recognize my phone any more and i can not get into recovery either
in fact if i just plug the phone in it boots up to this message screen without even touching any buttons
I have tried just about everything i can think of even a unified toolkit but nothing will work as i cant access recovery or odin or kies???
I have also gone threw the forums and was not able to find anything pertaining to this directly

I tried odin to flash stock firmware, trying to put device on download mode with keys. Odin shows added, and port com4. I put pit file ant ap bl etc. files. When I click start, says setup connection, and the shows sometimes cant open com port ,and several times write failed. Display never starts. The drivers install successfully, and when connect mobile to pc device manager shows samsung mobile device, working correctly.
Can you help me please?

Go to recovery and format data then reboot to download mode through it and flash first only BL file, exit from Odin, disconnect device and now power off device and reboot again to recovery and through the options to reboot menu go again to download mode and flash all the rest of files through Odin. Don´t choose other additional option through Odin, just flash normally.
