Im looking for the Boot.img of anyones rooted and unlocked device.
I have about 3 boot.img from my device all different sizes. If someone knows how to pull the EXACT boot.img please do and upload here. Thank you
Wish I could help with stock boot image. I'm currently using the SK8 kernel found in the AT&T section and it works just fine on our E971.

Have you tried checking with the guys on IRC? Most of the devs are on right now. But none have an E971.
Only Juggie and I own one that I know of anyway.

hi guys hope you all doing well.
see the problem i am facing is with alliance rom v3.0 in my note 2. the problem is that whenever the screen turns off in landscape mode i.e while watching movies or playing games it never turns on and i am left with only option of removing battery and restart the phone anyone else facing the same problem? help me in it
Youd of done better by posting this is the rom thead.
This is caused by having ripple effect enabled in lock screen settings. Turn it off and when phone screen turns off in landscape it will no longer freeze.

Did you try updating OTA? There's a couple of fixes which might resolve your issues.

in order for the boot animation to work you first need to flash a mod that enables custom boot animations. you'll find it in the OTA updates.

I don't have this issue. Try a full wipe and reflash your rom or try 3.1
I recently started having rotation issues where the screen gets stuck in portrait mode and the camera gets stuck in landscape. Apps that usually default to landscape rotate properly and after a reboot it will rotate properly fort a while then get stuck in portrait again. I have reinstalled lifeless v14 a few times to see if it was a software issue and even used the lgnpst utility to see if i can fix this. And it still happens on a completely stock unrooted image.
I have a feeling it may be hardware failure but wanted to see what the community thought before i called Sprint. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Using twrp for recovery.
Maybe I'll give tommyjoesanders method try with the LG flash tool. Sounds like that tool may be a little more thorough in cleaning up the partitions vs lgnpst?......

Cool Im glad it worked out.. Seriously though, Pacman is a combo of 3 of my favorite roms so next time you get a chance to flash it, you should scope it out! and that one on the last link i sent ya!
szezso has allowed (with proper credits) to port is rom over from the incredible s to the incredible 2.
If anyone here would like to port it, it will be pretty cool, as the following rom is fully functional and stable.

This would be the more interesting one IMO: [DEV][ROM][CM11][4.4.2]VivoKat[Camcorder][ION][STABLE #7][28/03/2014]

- SD
- Bluetooth
- RIL
- GPS
- Audio
- SMS/MMS
- Native WiFi/BT/USB Tether
- Hardware Accelaration
- Microphone
- Native screenshot
- Torch (screen-off also)
- Button Rotation
- SELinux

I can probably get you the camera apk if you want to try deleting and reinstall just the camera not sure if it will work
I don't think anyone can tap to shoot. Tap focuses.

I see what they did. If you have camera icon showing you can not touch to take pic. If you have clear hidden icons you can touch to take pic.
Did a wipe and restored each app testing the camera in between each app. Worked fine after I restored all my apps but then it stopped working again after a few hours.
Nothing changed within those hours either.
