Extra battery - Galaxy Note 10.1 Accessories

I'm interested in finding an extra battery because I usually run out of juice halfway through the day. Of course I would need some sort of charger as well. Any thoughts/experiences?

Did you mean to put this in the Note 10.1 forum?
We don't have the option to swap out batteries(unless you wanna do some mad scientist work on your tab)
Now if you mean a battery pack that you could plug your proprietary charging cable into, then yeah, tons are available on eBay and Amazon.
Hope that helps

I use these two:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-Pow...ory_Card_Readers_Adapters&hash=item3a78498e87
The battery pack has a 2.1A output, but because of the Note's USB pin configuration, you also need the little adapter to charge it with a non-Samsung charger.

heck this out on AMZN:
AnkerĀ® Astro 5600mAh Backup External Battery Pack Charger with built-in Flashlight for Apple: iPad mini, iPhone 5 (Lightning Cable not Provided) / iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPod; Most Android Phones: Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2, all Samsung Galaxy Series Smartphones; Motorola Droid Razr, X2, Bionic; HTC One X, One S, Sensation, EVO, ThunderBolt; Nokia N9 Lumia 900 800; GoPro

USB Wall Charger

Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys knew of a good replacement for the samsung wall charger. I lost mine and I want to get a replacement wall charger that pumps out at 1A or whatever the original one was. Thanks for the help guys!
I'd stick with the Samsung original, it charges so fast! In less than two hours back to full battery, I've substituted using other chargers that comes with other phones at work and it's definitely slower

Here's the extra one I ordered, works just as good as the one that came with my phone, they seem to be identical

I like to use motorola's chargers, you can find them on amazon: "Motorola micro USB charger". They're more or less identical to the samsung ones besides the more rectangular form factor. I also recommend the motorola car charger if you're in the market for that. Both are quick charge and fill a dead battery in 1-2 hours.

Qi wireless charging for galaxy nexus

Saw a few clip on CES 2013 at the Qi charger booth on wireless charging and I was wondering whether the galaxy nexus could have it. It would be really handy for the device to charge on wireless.
Any ideas or more information on this??

Someone could no doubt make a new battery cover that was thick enough to incorporate a wireless charger. However our device is probably too old and didn't sell enough to justify anyone making it.
Apple makes the same shape iphone for 3+ years and the average android phone is eol in less than one. Unfortunately that means less accessories for us. Think about it, the iphone 3gs came out in mid 2009 and was just discontinued last fall, about the same time as the DROID 4. The original moto DROID came out in late 2009!

[Q] In car use

I have just got a galaxy nexus after coming from a iphone 4 and when i use my phone in the car i have the sat nav on(co pilot live) and have my music playing through bluetooth to my radio and i have it plugged into the phone charger charging but for some reason the phones battery decreases, never had this problem on the iphone anyone else have this probelm
When the screen is on it can use more output than a standard usb port can make. The charger you are using is likely only charging at 500 may(usb charging), you need a 1 ah charger. There have been several posts in the accessories forum. Apple uses a different method (go figure) for higher amp chargers. A standard micro usb cable will work but the charger must be capable of 1amp output.

Thanks, guess I'll have to have a look for a new charger then

This is the one I use, otherwise just read reviews and make sure they can do 1 amp.

Where to buy the original Mcs-04wr and original premium usb cable that came with the

I looked all over, but i could not find the original Mcs-04wr (1.8a) and original premium usb cable (thick grade cable) that came with the At&t LG-E980. I could always buy an anker charger or a verizon thick grade 2.1a rapid charger. Although the cable that came with this phone is the best i have seen so far, as its premium thick grade, and it of course fits the phone perfectly and tight. Unlike the premium thick grade monoprice usb cables that even know the quality appears to be good, the connection to the Lg Optiumus Pro G loosens quickly sometimes in just matter of days making your charge go on and off.
Anybody know where to get the original cord and cable? Or any ideas?

hi.
I saw that one also at ebay. That's not like the premium thick grade usb cable that comes with the At&t-E980 is it? Cause that cable is thicker than any Usb cable I have ever seen included with a new smartphone.

I am using this one with my car charger, is nice and thick and handles the full speed charging very nicely.

Looks like one of the thinner thickness grade cables. I had one left over from an old Samsung charger. It seemed to work. I am looking for either the original cable or one that fits well of the same grade.
Right now i settled on the OEM-Samsung-ETA-U90JWE-White-2-0-Charger-For-Samsung-Galaxy-S4. It has a thicker premium grade usb cable. Not sure if they upgraded the size even further for the Gs4. This is also the original charger that came with the white At&t Note 2. i will see when i get it:

You ever try local pawn shops?
Sent from my LG-E980 using Tapatalk 4
No. Doesn't seem like you would find the very latest stuff there though would you?
I am very happy with the Galaxy S4 / Note 2 chargers + usb cables that I previously referenced. They are the most highest quality 2.0a compliant I could find except the Verizon Rapid Chargers. They charge my Lg Optimus Pro G and my Astro 3 2nd Generation 12000 external battery at full speed. The chargers/cables also appear to be authentic with code tags, Samsung label on the usb cable bags, and a verizon tag on the usb cables.

[Q] Best dual car charger?

Anyone have advice on a dual fast-charging car charger?
One of the USB ports will be plugged into my iBolt Car Dock w/ my Galaxy S3 and the other for various other devices (Kindle Paperwhite, iPad Mini, Kindle Fire, Galaxy S4, etc. - family devices). I'm guessing to take advantage of higher powered chargers, I would need to enable "fast charge" the Android devices, otherwise they'll probably just see it as a data USB connection.
I found these two on Amazon. Anyone have experience with them?

I would also like to know.
Also how do you enable fast charge?

Most non stock kernels have an option for 'force fast charge' for use with USB data connections. It can be enabled with kernel tuning apps like Trickster.

I have one of these:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00D82O68Y/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's well made and has no problems charging my S3 and Nexus 7 at the same time.
I have this B008LMD2OK, they state 1A on one port and 2.1A on the other one, at the same time, and it seems to do it. Yet, it's built with cheap plastic and the led is too bright. I didn't know the 2.4+2.4 Anker, seems really good.
