new KF will add boardid in it.
seems only flash the AMAZON rom for encryption
IF any superman can break it?
From what I gather, the next KF will have a 'locked' bootloader.
Will anyone crack it?

NEW kindle fire will in the market in recent two weeks,
and bootload ID will add in the machine
when you turn on it the system will check the bootloader ID ,
IF not match ,it will not start
so, we only wait a superguy to crack it
Are we talking about the Kindle Fire 2 or is it the next batch of Kindle Fires in production? As in, you don't know whether or not the Kindle Fire you just bought has a bootloader ID...

This isn't the same thing... Nexuses have unlockable locked bootloaders...
Wondering if there is any on going effort to unlock the Kindle Fire 2 boot loader. Or is this never going to happen? Is it a matter of the way it's locked or the fact that nobody cares enough to work on it?
Thanks!!
I was given a Firestick gen1 today and have been trying to find everything I want to do to it. What I can't find is info on weather I can unlock the bootloader on it for safety (twrp). The firmware is 5.2.6.2. Thanks in advance.
I have read many posts here, but can't find any guidelines about fire phone bootloader unlocking.
Any suggestions?

There is no bootloader unlock for the Fire phone, use Safestrap.
