I pushed the keyboard (LatinIME.apk) and lib files (libjni_latinime.so and libjni_latinimegoogle.so) from Xylon to my phone (currently running CNA 3.6.6). The keyboard functions and the gesture trail is displayed, but when words are typed with a gesture, they do not print to the input field.
I have also tried using the original libjni_latinime.so and libjni_latinimegoogle.so files from CNA, but still no working gesture typing.
Is there another file I am missing?
I know there are other 4.2 keyboards that work with 4.1.x, but the one from Xylon has the benefits of the CM10.1 keyboard and gesture typing.

Just a quick question as to a feature on the GB keyboard (maybe just a GB feature) is the little arrow when using the keyboard to move the cursor when typing a keyboard feature or a 2.3 feature? Thanks in advanced and I apologize if it already been brought up.

No, the arrows that allow you to move your cursor around have been removed in gingerbread. However the touch interface for cursor placement has been improved and is more accurate than the froyo keyboard.
Thank you

Any one know where we can get Android 4.2 Keyboard with Gesture Typing for 4.0.4?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1966456 BTW its badass!!
I recently flashed from Cyanogenmod 7.2 (had been running it as a daily driver for about a year and a half) to tiny's 10.1 then back again after about a month. Somewhere through the different backups and nands I lost the keyboard or keyboard mod I use to love so much in cyanogenmod 7.
I want regular stock android keyboard, I do not want the smiley key I just want the return key.
I'm currently using one of the ime mods, and I've tried quite a few, and although I finally settled on one, this one is too tall, the keys too widely spaced and the alt buttons are long presses of regular qwerty characters, which is fine and workable, but I really want and miss my trusty bone stock keyboard.
If I remember right it was just regular android keyboard with advanced settings. I seem to remember seeing an ime mod too but none of the ones I tried are what I need.
Can anyone help me find it?
I have recently installed Cyanogenmod 10.2 through the CM Installer and the look and feel loving stock android a lot. I understand that the framework for touchwiz is not present which causes CM to not be able to have any of the s-pen functionality. However, is having the cursor that shows where the s-pen is currently hovering above part of those "features" that require the Touchwiz framework? Afterall, the functionality of it working as a mouse over still works in browsers, only the cursor is missing. Are there any way to perhaps use the wacom tablet's sensors as a mouse input which will display the "mouse" cursor on wherever the s-pen is pointing at?

somewhere in display or accesibility or input etc
I found this app, it should allow you to do so.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gmd.spencontrol&hl=en
Also most of the ROMs, have this feauture built-in.
I don't think GMD shows the pointer where your spen is hovering above at, does it? At least the description doesn't seem to say so, can anyone actually confirm before actually plonking 6 bucks into the app?

Thanks a lot! I actually found it! Didn't scroll far down in the Language & Input sections.. However this begs the next question, can the mouse pointer icon actually be changed?
after updating stock ROM i found keyboard hides messages like i have to drag keyboard in screen to view the message which i am writing , is it fine? Can you switch back keyboard functionality just like we have in Jelly bean?
