I am in colombia and when i do a factory reset to the stock rom in the statusbar apears only emergency calls i cant do calls a i dont have 3g what can i do? Please help me !

After flashing by Odin the cellphone get looping on Samsung logo, I'll try to repair with this ROM but I can't find.
