Stuck on Kies Update - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

I'm stuck here in the Firmware update to 4.1.1 and don't know what to do. It's when it tries to upload to the phone from Kies. I've done this 3 times and it always stays there.

There is a one click Odin program in android development, go download it and then put your phone into download mode, volume down+ home+ power, and then connect it and then flash.
Be sure you download the correct Rom for your model number/carrier.

Since you still have the bootlogo, you can boot in download mode and use Heimdall or Odin to reinstall the OS
Do you have a custom recovery installed?

I'd leave it plugged in overnight first to be sure it gets at least a good 40% of charge.
Assuming you use Windows (any XP or above will work, even on a Pentium 3 as long as it has USB2):
Download the MB4 firmware (it comes in 3 pieces, effectively meaning it contains a complete image and will work regardless of previous OS). Extract the CODE, CSC and .PIT files.
If you haven't installed and used Kies or Odin before, install the USB drivers.
Extract and open Odin.
Hold down [Volume -]+[Home]+[Power] until you get "Warning - a custom OS can cause problems...", release all buttons and press [Volume +]. The screen should change to "ODIN MODE ... Do not turn off target".
Connect the cable: after drivers install you'll see the first square under "Odin3 Model Name" lighting up.
Click the large PIT button and open the .pit, then PHONE for CODE and CSC for CSC :cyclops:
On the left side, select "Auto reboot", "Repartition" and "F reset time", no more no less.
Click the Flash button and wait 5 minutes
After that you can use Odin to install a newer stock firmware or load CWM and a custom rom.
Thank you so much all of you! I finnaly fixed my phone and got Jellybean! Thank you very much.
Reinstall the firmware...
Before you reinstall Perform a wipe Dalvik, Factory Reset...

[Q] Download mode error, firmware update freeze, need help

I want to return my phone back to stock and/or directly update to ZVE. I'm currently on ZVA and I'm rooted. When I go to download mode, a screen appears saying firmware update and it stays frozen on 0% until I hold the power button down to restart the phone. It also says B84 and "Rooted" in red. I have TWRP recovery and I can get into it just fine. I can also get into the hard factory reset too. Can anybody help me get this problem sorted? Thanks in advance.
When you first go into download mode it has à smaller download bar like it is initializing. Then it goes to the actual download mode. If the screen never come off smaller download bar. Then download mode is broken.
Check to make sure you are on correct com port 41.

If my download mode is broken, how do I fix it?
You would need to fix the laf partition. Or if you still have a backup. Recover and use auto-rec. This does all the necessary and fixes download.

Bricked my M8, can't get into recovery, bootloader, etc

I was on CM13, I updated it to the latest nightly version and I also ticked the box where it says update recovery. Now I can't get into my phone at all, it only loops between a black screen and a turned off screen
Any ideas? :/
Did you try connecting it to Odin to see if it recognizes it?

Odin fixed my phone when I only could boot into a blank screen no recovery no nothing just a led light and black screen. There has to be a similar software like Odin for HTC

to get it into bootloader with bricked device
1. Plug phone into computer.
2. Hold power + both volume.
3. As soon as charge LED turns off, release volume up.
*
Then try to load recovery
