Has anyone tried using a micro usb line out dock on their optimus g?

Found mixed opinions on this one, does the LG optimus G support usb audio out via the micro usb port on it (dac), I know there is an adapter that can connect devices to the LG optimus G for usb host mode however not sure if it can support audio out to speakers or not or if I need a special kernel for this?
I just want to share this.
LG Optimus G supports miracast for wireless screen mirroring but for cheaper alternative you can use MHL adapter as well as per video below
I just purchased USB MHL Hdmi adapter, but it is not working for my G Pad 8.3 when I connect it to my HDTV. Power is connected.

G Pad 8.3 is not MHL compliant. It has a Slimport compatible microUSB port. You should have buy a slimport adapter, not an MHL adapter.

I'm looking for a keyboard case that I can use with my lg g pad f 8.0. Problem is I tried a case I have laying around that uses the micro USB port and the tablet did not recognize it even though my phone does (lg g flex) so I know the keyboard works. I plugged my desktops keyboard into the full USB port and that worked. So do I need to get some sort of female micro USB to male USB to connect the keyboard, or some other converter to use the micro USB, or am I just going to have to get a blue tooth keyboard case and deal with that?
Thanks in advance!
Since this tablet has a USB port, USB OTG (VIA the micro USB Port) does not work. You need a bluetooth keyboard or One with a standard USB cord.
I'm looking for a way to provide power to the LG G Pad 8.3 (VK810) when in USB OTG mode.
When a tablet's USB port is in the normal USB slave mode, the connector provides power to the tablet. However, when you attach an OTG cable, the cable signals the tablet to switch into OTG mode. If the tablet supports that mode (and the LG G Pad 8.3 does), the tablet switches into USB host mode, and the tablet then provides power to the attached device (which is in USB slave mode).
However, on tablets like the LG G Pad 8.3, there is no apparent way to then provide power to the tablet for charging. When I had a Dell Venue 8 Pro (Win 8.1 x86 model), Dell sold an OTG adapter with a host port and a power port, and I could use the tablet in OTG/USB host mode while still powering/charging the tablet AND the attached (slave) USB device. When I tried that Dell adapter with the LG G Pad 8.3 (VK810), it didn't work (to provide power to the tablet).
Of course one could wire up an OTG adapter to provide external power to the connected (slave) USB device; that's easy. What I would like to know if anyone has solved the problem of providing power to the LG G Pad 8.3 while in OTG mode. This may have been discussed previously, but I haven't seen it; I've been watching for a solution for about a year.
I don't know about your model, if you have a full USB port on yours, plug in the device you want to use and then plug in AC adapter to the microusb port. ( I have a v496, it has a full USB port)

The G Pad 8.3 only has the single MicroUSB port; no full size.
