I might as well post this since people are already downloading from my goo.im
Currently these builds do not boot. Test 2 is stuck on a boot loop
I won't link to my goo.im until I at least have a half way decent rom that actually boots.

Nope, I'll update the post when i have a booting version.
However, if anyone wants to test they can get a logcat during the bootloop and send it to me.
Make a backup.
you'll need to adb logcat as it's turning on. If no log is produced, restore data of your backup and try again flashing.
i would love to help in any way i can test as well just let me know
Why bother with cm9 if cm10.1 is already working nearly perfectly on the Canadian Optimus G? Wouldn't it be better to just port that?

They have a different kernel. The GPU drivers don't work if you try to port it. We're waiting for the Korean JB source to drop, then we can continue. Until then, CM9 it is

For those that have updated to JB, do you guys have all these QSlide features that were mentioned in the YouTube video of the release? I don't see any of them ..
I dont yet either. just exploring first. im wondering about the multi windows though. has anyone found out about that? My battery life has increased a little.
I read in a thread that they will focus on the features in the next couple of updates instead of 4.2. So We'll probably see it in the next update (whenever that is)

also on stock video qslide works but idk how to move it or resize it.

oh okay, yeah I mean I honestly don't think I'll use the QSlide stuff that much, but I thought it was included, guess not.

i remember when it first came out how people were saying it looked just like a nexus update and how sprint had no idea so it was either lg or google that pushed the update

An easy way to tell if Sprint or LG pushed the update is if the update came from checking update firmware (sprint) or update LG software (LG). Being that sprint doesn't even have the update listed yet I say LG pushed it. All phones from htc to Samsung have two updating options one from manufacturer and one from sprint.

Hey guys I'm new to this thread, coming from the HTC Evo 4g LTE first off this phone is a beast in my opinion. It seems a bit underrated not a lot of people know about the phone oh well their loss. But I was wondering since 4.1 jelly bean is out does that mean CM10 is coming, or do we still need for LG to release more files?
We'll get it soon, LG released all they need to. Just a matter of being patient and waiting for devs to do their stuff. You can follow their progress here.
