Does not compute. If it's real 3500 mAh then it would last far longer then a day.... BS battery there IMO, and if it's "slim" then it's fake too. For EUR 25,00, you can get original 2000 mAh with original cover and it lasts more then yours (1 and a half days for me) - oh yeah, wifi and data always on too... If I use 3G Manager I get 2 days out of it easy piece of cake...
I think most of the china made unbranded/china branded batteries are fakes.
thank u man

2000 / 1750 = ~1.143
So I'd say about 14% more.
How much more expensive is it? I wouldn't consider it a must-have capacity bump.
its about 14% better...

The official extended battery + required battery door is going for about $35 on eBay nowadays.
Almost an hour extra screen time. Or an extra ~20 hours standby. Depends what you do with that extra 14%.
butter and jelly please...
It's worth the money to get one.
Still fits in my OEM car dock with the pogo pins too.
Get an extra hour of screen time on average.
Hi everyone.
I was wondering if any of you guys know a reliable ebay seller to get an original (or almost) battery that has a good performance or if someone released an enhanced one(more mah)?
wow funny I come across this thread minutes after buying an extended battery.
I just bought a 4500 MaH battery (comes with replacement back) from this store for $8
http://stores.ebay.com/batterymonst...w=galaxy&submit=Search&_fsub=1&_sid=653262378
Just a word of warning, I purchased a 2900 mah replacement from him that turned out to be a 2100 (figured it out because it's identical in size to OEM battery), so I'm a bit hesitant to guarantee this is as advertised. My logic is that its only $8.
this 4600mAH battery is legit from Mugen, but comes with a $90 price tag.
http://www.mugen-power-batteries.co...sung-galaxy-s-iii-i535-with-battery-door.html
If you're willing to wait until friday when my battery arrives I'll gladly report on it.
---------- Post added at 10:19 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:12 PM ----------
Something else to take into consideration (like I should have) is that the NFC chip is in the battery. Not sure if the one I bought has that chip
---------- Post added at 10:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:19 PM ----------
actually I just visited a couple websites, I take back that part about Mugen being a safe bet.

Hey pal, thank you for all this info.
As I saw from your links, the mugen 4600mAh seems quite reliable and we probably should get what they promise.
This $8 battery, I see as quick replacement for an emergency situation. I don't think it is much reliable for daily use based on my previous experiences with cheap ebay batteries (PSP-1001, Nokia N95 and even iPhone4) as they don't endure for much long time as the original ones.
I'll try this $8 battery that you suggested, maybe we are lucky and get a real good product as announced.
Well, I live in Brazil, soh I think those will take at least two weeks to arrive, so if you manage to get them before than me, please, share your experience. :victory:
will do. I'll reply here and copy it to your private messages
try shimshop or most sellers sending the batteries direct from korea.

So I received the battery Friday night and let it charge overnight. On Saturday I gave it a good amount of use, and it lasted an entire 12 hour shift only dropping to 63%. So far I'd say its doing the job for an $8 battery, however there is no NFC chip
Hey guys what size of the battery is the largest without an extended cover? I was looking for 3000-3800 in that range. if there is any please let me know.
I think there is no any options without extended cover for 3000+ batteries but hey good luck

the only reason i don't want extended covers because my cases would be rendered useless.. but i will look around to see what I can find.
Shoot a link if you can find one it will be useful since I suffer from same thing and using extended case for 3000mah
Sorry man, form over function. If you're that concerned, get extra stocks and swap 'em
I've bought a 3200 maH NFC Linkdream Battery but when on the phone, the battery discharges faster than original.

Any batteries thats standard size rated higher than 2300mah will probably be false
Ive heard good things about Zero Lemon 2300mah batteries, and ive ordered 2 pack from amazon, will see how i get on with them
Most battery are worst than original battery, no matter what size

so guys which is the best battery that will give extra mah ? , please suggest me one that u hav tryed ?
i think the most trusted non-original battery is the RAVPower 2250mA.
i also suggest an external battery (i bought the 14k mAh one by rav power), about 5-6 cycles of charges for our s3
A number of posters on another forum (link lost) reported being satisfied with the KINPS EB-L1G6LLU, and I recently picked one up from eBay, though XDA rules prevent me form posting the link.
It's standard size for an i9300, claims 3250mAh and is lasting quite a bit better than the standard battery I replaced. No LTE though.
Is samsung galaxy s3 neo plus i9301i the same battery used by samsung galaxy s3 ?
Looking to buy an extended battery is it just the voltage and size that should be the same.

I have used original I9300 battery in my phone and it worked. It has the same specs (EB-L1G6LLU). I think it is same to buy extended battery originally made for I9300.

Thanks thinking about buying a Anker® 7200mAh battery they look like quite a reliable manufacturer.

Hi!
Did your Anker Battery work?
I tested my extended batteries (Zerolemon 7000mah and original Samsung 3000 mah), and the Galaxy Neo shut down after "regular time" when a stock battery would be empty.
Taking out the zerolemon and inserting again brought my capacity back. Until correctly depleted, I had to shut down and take out battery twice in case of the Zerolemon. With my old S3 i9300, it works perfectly.
What went wrong here with Samsung?
Thank you!
Willi

then OK:good:
I use an Anker with 7200mA and extra cover. The phone is now bulky, but that don't annoy me. I think the capacity is a Little bit lower than stated. but for me the running time is now good (many apps, a Little bit gaming and browsing) it stays a whole day (15h). Original Akku dies after 10 month. I use the Anker now over an jear and ist still OK.

Not sure when this started, but saw (as of this morning) this is $29.99 ($50 off), cheaper than the 5100 mAh pack.
http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/mobile-accessories/phones/fast-charge-battery-pack-10-2a-silver-eb-pg935bsugus/
Sweet deal.
£54 on the UK store ($70). We get screwed as per usual.
Meh, I bought the Anker 26 battery pack and it's great. You can also use it to drive in nails and possibly prevent a mugging, so, there's that.
I have this and it is great, a bit heavy but that is not surprising given the mAh.
