hes just trying to sell his product, that is all. what do you expect him to say, anything manufactured by his company and sold by crApple to stay away from? thats something that i would say..
The IP5 may indeed spank the SGSIII in some people's eyes, they do get to have a standard to go against now, it's an endless game of leapfrog and trying to raise the bar.
I'm an outlaw though, it's hard to be an outlaw with an Iphone, that's more of a yuppy/emo/hipster thing.
If it still has that stiff brick like shape its a doa

Won't iPhone 5 be released like 4-5 months after initial international release of S3? That's an eternity for technology. I'd sure hope it beats the S3 handily.

I do believe the iPhone 5 will be a nice device but remember these are the same people that convinced iPhone 4 owners that they needed to by an iPhone 4S because of Siri and people actually believed they owned the best device because of this.
Luckily Android users are smarter then that and do not buy into the whole hype building from these manufacturer's. We need to see the worth in the upgrade or a lot of us will not spend the money like iHippies.
Plus we already saw what iOS 6 is bringing to the table, one of the main focuses is Siri fixes. lol

The thing holding back the GNex, SGSII, SGSIII and other Android devices is the AMOLED screen. If they had the display of the iPhone 4s but larger, it would spank the iPhone with one hand tied behind it's back.

I don't know man, since most of this is new territory, "case law" will play a role in some decisions, and now Apple has case law on their side of things when it comes to suing Android mfg's
This is of course not going to affect any of us directly, or our phones, or the future of Android, but it may be the first of many long, drawn out rapings of Android mfg's. Which in turn could discourage companies from jumping on the Android bandwagon.

I don't even understand how apple won. The rectangular shape is one of the few and effective ways to make a cell phone. What do they expect, circular phones?
This is not over by a long shot, Judge Lucky (I didn't miss-spell it) Koh will have her ass handed to her in the appeals court, I am pretty sure the appeals court will throw out this verdict. All her judgements have been overturned in the appeals court.
Btw, all Sammy has to do is change up the designs a bit and there ya go.
The jury pool was tainted, how in the hell can you have a jury based out of silicon valley?
Anyway I am sure Sammy will be just fine.
Most other countries have already throw out these cases.
This lawsuit effects old phones, only real liability is the stupid Judge in this case, she might ban Samsung all together, she is an idiot of course. That is why we have an appeals process in this country.
BTW, if you are wondering why Google waited so long to file a lawsuit after they bought Motorola it's because they researched the hell out of the apple infringements. Apple just woke up a sleeping giant. Time will tell.
I blame Samsung for trying to copy iOS to begin like the icons on galaxy s 1, one of the reasons I didn't like it now they went more Android like so I like that

Wow this is sad to hear that CrApple won the case that they deserved too loose. I think the judges go with apple just because of the reputation. I just hope that google and motorola gets thei **** together and do those patents to take down apple.

My friends with iPhone 5 were jealous of my camera. I'm not saying that our phone is better. I think iPhones cameras are nice, but never got to make a side by side comparison personally. But from my iPhone 5 friends reaction to my camera, i doubt that their camera is that much more superior as this article is pointing out

Posted the "REAL REVIEW" in the first post. Far as the news ticker on the lock screen, that's in the lock screen options. I got it on my GS3.

I dont believe you can change the news source. But If you choose information ticker>settings, you can choose what type of news to display (i.e. entertainment, us news, sports...) HOWEVER, Does anybody know how to make theFacebook ticker work? NOTHING I do will make it work, it says no data to display, when I push the refresh button on lock screen nothing happens.

Comparison analogy, the s3 is a v10 Lamborghini, and the note 2 is a v12 Lamborghini. With jelly bean, the s3 performance is really really good, and note 2 even better. How I use the phone, I would say it's a lot better. Reasons why, bigger better screen, stylus activity, bigger better screen, bigger better screen, extra performance, better game performance, more thoughtful ui enhancements, more features and last but not least, bigger better screen.

I just wished Samsung could of done the S3 Mini with the same high end specs and share some of the features as the S3/Note II. That would be the phone for anybody who wants to try Android but are skeptical or worried of the "big size" of the phones.

This guy's review on the Note and now the Note 2 is what made me decide on getting the Note 2.
All of you guys that have buyer remorse and wants to jump ship, feel free to but in my opinion, Note 2 is in a class by itself and can't be touched. Some of you want to jump because multi tasking feature is not enabled yet, what are you gonna do when it does? Jump back?
