[Q] about Wirefly upgrade - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

Looking to upgrade my 3rd line on a family plan and use it on the primary line. It's saying I'm keeping my existing plan - add-on-line. It's also showing $30 for Unlimited 4G, but I already have that.

Is this normal seeing I'm just upgrading on an existing line which already as unlimited 4G? Also, any problems with buying for one line and using it on another?
Update: looks like it might have been a glitch on their end. all looks good now. however, still have a question about upgrading one line and using it on another. i know their terms says it cannot be done for at least 6 months, but wondering if anyone else has done this without any problems.

Linux phones to WM6

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to change the OS on a Linux phones to WM6.
Specifically I am wondering what will it take to change the OS on a phone like this to WM6.
I think the hardware should be the same, boot loader can be modified since people do dual boots, and it would be very nice to have a small touchscreen phone like this with Windows Mobile 6.
I don't think anything like it even exists on the market. And I think that people would be willing to spend a lot of money on this kind of phone.
What do you guys think?
This phone below costs $105 shipped:

The phone I was talking about initially costs $119 and it also has a great battery.

[Q] Weird Gray Battery Icon

My brother sent me this pic, anyone ever seen this before? I couldn't find anything in the search...

}
It means that the battery isnt communicating with the phone so it thinks there isnt a battery installed even though it is still sending the phone power. Tell him if he has TEP on the phone he can just go to his nearest sprint store and they SHOULD give him a new battery.
PS: this is the first time i have ever heard of it happening on an evo. But I have seen it on other HTC Sense devices (the battery status icons are different on Sense devices than that of regular stock Android.)
Thanks for the response!

Activating Sprint Evo 4g on Cox Mobile...

Heres the deal. I have two Evo 4g's, one shattered screen one, and one working one. I'm looking to fix my shattered screen one and give it as a gift to my friend on Cox mobile. Of course, I'll be unlocking it once it's fixed, but it'd be a good idea to see if the guys at xda have any insight or advice on how I'd go about doing all this. Will it even activate on Cox once it's unlocked? I know they have the CDMA Hero, so the CDMA Evo should work. I'm going to try giving customer support a call and see if they'll help me, but the phone is still borked, and I don't have a Cox account to test activation with I don't wanna ruin the supwise either.
Here's the Evo... :

How to give my Evo to my dad in the DR?

So, my Dad lives in the dominican republic, and I want to give him my old sprint Evo 4G. Claro is a CDMA network down there, as is Orange, and both used to sell the phone down there. So... being a noob, how would i go about doing this so it would work? I have seen threads about unlocking for virgin mobile and boost, so, it sounds like it would be a completely different process? Can he just take the phone in to them? Sorry for the dumb questions. It is rooted already.

I am going to make a guess and say that alot of people here are not familiar with those networks.
Thats what I was afraid of... what kind of info would I need to gather?

I came across this a while ago. It may be something like what you're looking for. I have not used it but would be interested to know how it works.
