Hey fellas,
Got my hands on the Incipio Faxion today, this is a one-piece hybrid style case that offers great protection without adding excessive bulk. Made of a TPU and polycarbonate combination, the Faxion fits tightly on your Galaxy S3, ensuring a nice and solid feel. Ports and cutouts are perfect on this one, and although the back scratches up, at least the case is getting damaged and not your phone. Scratch & drop protection are very good since the combination of materials provides for great shock absorption and scratch protection. The case retails for 35$ from Incipio but you can find it for 20$ if you look around.

It's a terrific case! Unless you absolutely love it, stay tuned for my CandyShell review since they are similar cases, that way you can decide which of the two you like better.
How is this case If I compare it with Commuter, Aegis and Ballistic SG protection wise ??

Video:
That's a pretty nice looking case.
With the added bulk though, you would think they might have been able to fit a kickstand in there.
cool case... nice price.
Yea it looks nice ! But the lip over the screen is less compared to other cases I mentioned here... So in case of fall would this protect the screen ??
I'm having hard time deciding between these cases, and they aint cheap here at ~ 60$ ...
I wouldn't recommend this case, can't speak for the other two.
Okay, thanks...
I was looking at this case and I didn't know what to think at first but after that video it's a sure buy for me. I found one with free shipping on eBay for $30!

That's a nice deal to me.
I've been looking through tons of cases for my white one x and most of the durable ones I've found are bulky and just don't look too appealing. One of the reasons I bought the phone was for the nice design, so I'd hate to lose that by covering it up with a case. Has anyone come across a case that looks good and holds up well to scratches/drops?
I'm using the insipio dual layer. Doesn't make the phone bulky and looks pretty good.

How does it hold up to drops?
I also have the dual-layer and love how it looks. I have been through 5 other cases to find this one, too.
Haven't dropped it yet!
Just ordered the insipio in grey, can't wait to see how it looks!
Hi all,
Just curious to see if anybody can point me to a good quality, ultra-slim case for my new 2014 (my second one, using it mainly for play while the other is for work). I've tried the usual MoKo, iPoetic, etc. cases and while they're great and cheap, I'm looking for something even thinner that's form fitting. I've done countless searches but all I can find are essentially the rebranded types of cases that I mentioned above. Is there anything like this out there? Thanks!
I'm not sure how thin you're going for, but the Poetic Slimline adds almost nothing, fits perfectly, and it's been great for travel use.
I did a little review on a slim case that adds no measurable size over in the cases thread. I still use both of these - the slim case on all of the time and the sleeve for storage.

OK, I'm back with a couple of cases I have picked up.
First, the BuiltNY Neoprene Sleeve for iPads. Once I got it, I figured it was designed for an iPAD2 with a case on it. It is a bit big, but not huge. It has a foam insert for packing, and if you leave it in, it fits the Note 10.1 well.

I also just got a slim case shipped from Hong Kong. It is very thin and does improve the grip of the Note. I'm not a fan of the back and sides of the Note, and this is an improvement without adding much size. It covers the buttons, but they are easily pushed through the case. It is very thin, so protection is pretty minimal, but it covers the corners. Quality isn't perfect, but it isn't bad.

This. It's super slim and feels nice.
Incipio has a nice shell style case, but its kind of pricey for just having a thin piece of plastic on the back of your tab. I still love mine though. The grey rubberized finish looks great on the white tablet and hides that ugly, flimsy back cover
