Dual boot for work? - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Hey Guys,
I have a little problem I'm hoping I can resolve using only one phone..
I have the S3, and work is allowing us to connect our device to the wifi network, but checks for root / jailbreak access, so I'm left out.
Is there a way for the S3 to dual boot Rooted / Stock Kernel or Rooted / Stock ROM?
Cheers,
jeb

Use an app called. Hide my root. Is free in the play store

Titanium? After 2.3.4 Update.

I'm trying to erase Bruce Lee, Crash Band, and Star batallion. Every time I try to un-install these apps it says can't find apk files. I was able to remove all the bloat and the other three games that came came pre-installed. I really need more MB on my play. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi!
You will find them: /System/app
I used Root Uninstaller Pro!
PLAY-ről Tapatalk 2-vel!
I used a root explorer app and manually deleted the apks. Worked without problems for me.

Cool was able to get rid of them. Thanks!

Yeah if You use Root Explorer and Delete it from sys/app it won't come back even if you factory reset your phone, did this and also used this method to remove excessive audio files...

[Q] Rooting sgh-t989 after ics update

can i root my sgh-t989 after i update to ics. will i still be able to use ics and just have the capabality to remove bloat and all root fucntions?
if you are a developer you probably can, but if aren't you have to wait for somebody to release rooted version of this rom
Since it isnt actually out yet, we dont know what will work to root with any certainty. You just have to wait.
thanks

You can root the new ICS ROM
It is rooted via the same old method used to root the original stock rom. you can get all the files either here on this site or from galaxys2root.com. the root site has a youtube video if you need a step-by-step hand holding.

[Q] Unlocking device running 4.3 with no computer access

Hey guys
I have spent the last couple of days looking for a way to make this work. I am running paranoid android 3.97 and can't find a 4.1.1 ROM to flash using cwm from my phone to use the free unlock method. Without a computer I am restricted to custom Roms. How should I go about getting my device unlocked?

I'm looking for a free method. All the links I can find to custom 4.1.1 Roms are dead. Anybody have a working one?
Downgrade for device unlock can be performed using just the modem...
Then once the unlock is complete you can replace the older modem with the latest and your unlock will remain. ..
Check the "everything" thread in the development section for modems in .zip form...g

[Q] How do I unlock boot loader and install custom recovery?

I might not have said the title right but I come from an HTC phone and need help for my friend. He has the s3 and I told him that I've unlocked my boot loader, s-offed my phone and installed a custom ROM I have the HTC evo 3d. So he now wants to do this with his s3. But I don't know how that phone works. So how do I s-off (or if I have to what else is s-off for the s3), unlock the bootloader (or whatever else I have to do similar to this to allow custom ROM installation), and where can I find the twrp recovery for the galaxy s3. All help will be thanked! I just really want to help him out and it will give me more knowledge on how to do this with the s3. Thanks!! PS: to sum it up I just would like to know what to do to install custom ROMs and install a custom recovery and be able to flash custom kernels without a problem and the ROMs should come pre rooted so that's not an issue. Thanks again.

Our bootloaders come unlocked so all you have to do is load a custom recovery through Odin(flashes files to phone) watch the video and you should be good to go
And he might wanna consider purchasing Odin Mobile from Play Store to flash things on the go. We'll worth the money.

It's not, chainfire gave it that name since the Odin program is associated with Samsung phones. It doesn't do the exact same things as the program, mainly that you can't flash stuff if you're not rooted

Towelroot

The last time I was here, we could not root 4.3 without either unlocking bootloader or root 4.2 first. Don't know if things have changed since then? Now there is a new rooting app exploiting a newly discovered vulnerability and I wonder if it would work with the Xperia M on 4.3.. anyone tried it out yet?
Works. Check this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=53425376
I tried to root 4.3 using towel root but when I try to root using the app and I click the button in it the app just hangs and after 4-5 seconds it fc's! I don't think it supports our device yet but no problem we have many other root methods.:good:
It works!
But only half root.
You won't be able to use apps like foldermount.

Fix by nut does not work, after applying it my phone still restarts!
