If DEEPSLEEP cant work so the problem only from CPUSPY coz all custom kernel only for ACTIVATE DEEPSLEEP..
This can be usefull "GUIDE" so to all who have problem with DEEPSLEEP only need install cpuspy and custom kernel..

Hi, whenever i activate a2sd or link2sd, there is no deep sleep while checking with CPU spy. So i deactivated a2sd (i mean, i just deleted a2sd files in init.d folder) after rebootting, i checked with cpuspy and found deep sleep working.
Any solution to work deepsleep with a2sd? Thanks
Edit: fixed with savies latest kernel..thanks..

Might be a battery calibration issue. I know there is a calibration app in the play store but you need root in order to use it. Ive used it on my burst to calibrate bat info, so it should work on the ion.

And if that doesnt help you could try flashing the firmware again. If all fails then you have a hardware issue.

Thanx 4ur reply..... I had flashed it, but not resolve my problem... And for battery calibration it requires rooting the phone how to do that
?

Get the back up and restore app from the sticky thread in the dev section (I think that's where it is) instal it on your phone they get flash tool click the little padlock icon it will help you root when it says click restore in the app push it and wait. It will restart then say it's done and you're all done.

Discharge your phone fully, plug off battery, left it for an hour, plug in, charge and test. Maybe wipe cache+dalvik will help you

happened with me once...I was at 97% rebooted and saw it 100%m must be a glitch or something..
Go to recovery, clear the battery stats. See if it solves it.

Wiping battery stats in recovery does NOT influence the percentage shown to you. Nor does it influence your battery whatsoever. It is a myth.
Most likely problem is a software bug or something is funky with your battery itself
Hello guys! i was wondering is there a possible way to un-root or de-root my galaxy gio? I need to reinstall my original OS.

Try to turn off your Gps and if there's no 3G connection, switch to 2G only
It'll help..

try to disable some things like
-google location services and GPS satellite in "location and security" settings
-use 3G connection only when needed
-reduce device brightness in "display" settings
-use adrenaline engine 4.4 script,it will gives you major amount of good battery life and gives you a better performance.
-delete some useless system apps when not needed,it will gives you better battery life+better performance

why don't you try install cm 7, 9, or 10, they are very stable and better than stock rom in performance.
if you use your phone a lot for playing games it does eat the battery no matter what rom you install.
