Its most likely an error in your build.prop. replace the build.prop with one from another rom. Preferably a stock rom

hmm could u explain to me what that is and how i could fix that ?

your build.prop is located in /system. it is a text file that basically describes what phone you are using. It is how the play store identifies your phone. On a custom rom, there is most likely a typo or change somewhere in it that is causing the play store to not recognize your phone completely thus giving you half-assed results. Here is part of sprints stock build.prop as an example. the problem is most likely where the fingerprint is mentioned. Bold areas are the key areas where it would be checking. If you have another rom handy, pull this file out and place it in /system. Should fix your issue

haha nvm i fixed it. but thanks so much for your effort bro!

Don't overwrite the build.prop that's there though. Make a backup copy first.
A lot of custom roms have modded build.props to enable features, tweak performance, etc. Repacing with stock one could break other features while fixing another.

Technically, that's incorrect. It will work with any Samsung Galaxy Gio, provided the product code is GT-S5660(x) as they have generally speaking, the same hardware. The flashee just needs to remember to not flash the modem file to his or her phone. Otherwise you will end up with a phone that you can't use as a phone.

Flashed this (GT-S5660M_BMC_S5660MUGKG3_S5660MUGKG3_S5660MBMCKG3) with Odin and all I get is a bootloop.
S5660M / Bell Canada
Any idea ?

Edit: just need to do a factory reset after the flash, phone is back to original now

hi is this needed odin? or only recovery? tnx
In case you all didn't know, I have found a way to get 2.3.6 for the S5660 working on our S5660M (no radio issues). Simply flash whatever 2.3.6 Gio Odin ROM that you want to. Then, flash this baseband (S5660MUGKG3) in Odin. I find that 2.3.6 is more snappy then 2.3.4.

Follow the instructions here and flash the ROM with Odin. Make sure that you wipe phone data before flashing. After flashing, you can flash the baseband file that I hyperlinked in my above post. If you have any more concerns, PM me.

Would you please share, witch method did you use to root this room!?
CF-Root-TAB7_XX_OXA_JQ1-v3.3-CWM3RFS does not work for me, the other methods mentioned in this tread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1380595&page=6 does not fully root in my opinion.
battery on this build is insane.. it goes 2% per hour on standby
on JQ8 its 1% per 1 1/2 - 2hrs

changelog?
So this ROM has English language? The region says Italy, so is it safe to install it on devices from other regions? I am new to this whole Android thing, so I am sorry for potentially silly questions.

Galaxy Nexus id ?

hello guys,
i got a Galaxy Nexus a few days ago and i got root using this tool.after that i got this ROM and everything works fine!
today i saw the thread talking about the nightly build of CM10 and i wanted to test it,to see myself if i could have a "louder" external speaker.
Using the known procedure i tried to install it but i got an error message and installation stopped : installing update.assert failed: get.prop.(ro.product.device)==" maguro" ||getprop("ro.build.product")=="maguro"
I searched the forum and found this guide and this is what it says :
