Has anyone managed to get NTFS working with their MicroSD card? I've tried most of the apps on the app store but to no avail..
Maybe you have special reasons to use NTFS but I hope you're aware of that exFAT works fine on N2. exFAT allows you to copy larger than 4GB files onto your microSD card... just sayin'

How to format my memory card to be exFAT format?
Sent from my GT-P7500 using xda app-developers app
You try with Paragon.
The option to format with exFAT file system is already available in windows 7 normal format window ,no need for special tools .

Jut right click and select exfat... that easy!
Hey, thanks for that! Don't know why I didn't try that one sooner. However, I'm not seeing it once I've inserted it in my phone. Normally they're somewhere like '/sdcard/external-sd/' or something like that, but I'm not seeing it anywhere..
EDIT: Just found the path, it's '/storage/extSdCard', though I've only been able to access it on ES File Explorer as my device is rooted so went up to the system level to delve into the directories there.

with gparted no problem at 3years old kid
Just download http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php burn using nero ar other burner boot cd and make as you need. You must change in bios boot priorities to start use cd. NO install need, after booting a cd you get temporary linux from cd. When you turn off cd from your pc - xp returns back.

I advice you to get magic partition manager (perfect for windows plateforms)
and format all the sdcard :
a fat32 partition
a ext2/3/4 partition of maximum 1Gb (best performances)
Enjoy it _ hope it helps you

ON my win7 32bit I didn't install any drivers to get access as MTP/PTP. I get the above by default. However installing Kies allowed me to transfer my SMS/Contacts/Pics from itunes
Honestly, I haven't tested it without having a driver installed
doesnt the GS3 show photos on sdcard as thumbnails when connected to pc ? they only show properly when using kies
SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe version 1.5.5.0
http://www.mediafire.com/?7zdblmy1o390eot
Drivers updated to v1.5.5.0.
No matter what drivers I try or what PC I use the S3 fails to be recognised properly.
Installs except for the MTP drivers and has 'error 10'...does seem odd.
Even tried a Linus based system and it did even react to the phone being connected.

No disrespect towards the developer but if it was not developed by him then should it not go to the General section?

Pdaneta302.exe
Windows media player 11
Mtppk12.exe
Now its working fine

First check the position of write protect switch of your card reader. If it's in the normal position you may have to do a low level format.Google it.

I've been rooting and rom'ing since the thunderbolt days using my macbook pro vmware windows 7.
The note 3 is the only android that fails at ODIN. NAND WRITE START.
I tried CF-ROOT the us and euro version. I tried kingo app website. Last tried is the universal root. All of them fails. If it was vmware I think it would fails at random Odin sync. Instead they all hit a road block on that nand write start.

I could also be the fact that you are running android L. The os has quite a lot of comparability issues (although I'm not sure if its just a theme or not)
