is there any way to change the searchbar at the top, i like both ics and jelly bean but id also like to make my own, how do you edit it? anyone know? and im not interested in downloading nova launcher or any of that garbage

Does anyone know of an icon set similar to the default white icons. I want to add custom apps to my nav bar and would prefer them to be all matching.

Yeah I saw those but I am wanting to add the phone app to my navbar and the default icon sticks out.

Is it just me or when I pull the notification bar the animation is slightly laggier than the rest of the phone and I don't like the grey transparent background I think the black transparent one from ics was much better looking but the time and date look cool

The notification bar has been nothing but smooth and fluid... even on GB and ICS the notification bar was the one thing that has been quick... so idk what you're getting at? lol and I like the new notification bar's UI.
Was fine for me. And i too prefer the darker ics pull down bar.

Does anyone know how to change the notification bar background? It's hideous because it's too opaque, but that tiny bit of transparency makes it look like image retention.
I just wanna make it black.

I haven't look at jelly bean but you might be able to mod the systemUI.apk to get what you want. I don't know if it is even there anymore though so good luck!
Seems plenty smooth on my phone on stock 4.1 GSM.
Cue "if you want 4.1.x features use 4.1.x". But can anyone mod the current Notification drawer to either disable quick settings, or port over the 4.1.x bar? I don't use QS at all, and that switch icon gets on me nerves at times. Slim bean has this, but it's not exactly 4.1.x style.
I'm running Synergy ROM r484. Looking to do some minor theming, transparent status bar, maybe change the colors of the toggles. I've been searching off and on for a couple of weeks and am unsure how to proceed.
I've seen that Morphology doesn't work on r484, so that's a no-go. Ninjamorph hasn't been updated in a while, don't trust it to work with 4.1. All the status bar apps in Play store either don't do what I want, or change too much.
Is there a simple way to do this? I feel like I'm missing something, but I'm running out of search ideas.
