Looks like someone ported this for all the devices and the best part is that you dont need root!
Take a look!

Hmm...looks almost exactly like the gingerbread kb with sonny's ics theme but uses triple the RAM. Uninstalled.

Hey guys. I flashed my cousins play last night with darkforest ICS ROM he likes the fact he had ICS now but he wants the option on the lock screen to turn the phone to silent instead of camera and unlock. Is there any way to change this or customize it?
Thanks

These are animations, pulled from Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
As what you know if you've watched Jelly Bean in action, it has different animations than ICS.
It compatibles with all ICS ROMs.
Installation:
Flash it via recovery
Thank shoman94 for the fix
How can i retrun for ics animarion?

I'm sure re-flashing your current rom without wipe would work fine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with all the custom launchers, one would need to be running an AOSP ICS ROM in order to see the stock Jelly Bean animations, correct?

Will this work on a nexus?

I can't see a real difference, what are the changed animations?
I am running a CM9 nightlies ROM btw.
works great
the differences that i have seen are the opening any screen does the start from the center pop out, and i have noticed that power menu and other options do the same just with a slowly expanding window.
if there is more i would like to know as well. but i think it looks pretty cool. thanks for the Mod man.
"annoying popup animations"
Is that a bug or just complaining that Jelly Bean animations are annoying?

A bug. The popups animation are slow on my S2 while it supposed to be not
I don't know if it's slow on S3 or not. Someone should inform me as I don't have a S3

Not really. It's a bit similar to the GB animations.
It seems the blink animations are made to be fast and simple to reduce the possibility of the low and not contant framerate.
But with jelly bean, they've got project butter. So they get rid of those animations, bring back some old GB animations, and add some animations that showing how the smoothness of jelly bean.
Because you can't see the smoothness if it's just a simple blink

So what are the pros and cons of ICS for XPlay? Can I root it, etc.?
With ICS you get the latest Android OS and all of its goodies (functions, theme, root etc.), but some games that worked fine on GB are either laggy, buggy, or unplayable. So if you use it primarily as a gaming device stick to GB, but if you use it as a phone, you can try out ICS.
I myself have used ICS all this summer, was pretty neat, but the games that didn't work on it and that I really wanted to play made me switch back to GB.

Thanks, but Titanium Backup is REALLY REALLY far from perfect. I have a ton of apps and reinstalling them with TB is hard to do. Not all the apps will reinstall, then you have to keep figuring out which will install or not install...it's a process that requires hours and hours to do... I even have the paid version.
I'm using CM9.1.0 stable version and I find it laggy and unresponsive at times. More so than I ever noticed when I was on stock GB. I much prefer ICS to GB though so I put up with it. It is annoying at times.

Are there any cons when installing ICS on the r800at? Everytime I try to install ICS Pureness on it, it keeps bricking...so the phone never boots past the SE title/logo...
Did you flashed the ICS beta kernel and den installed?

You might as well try out Jellybean. It feels so much smoother as any ICS ROM I've used. I'm running Supervenom's ROM with the included kernel and am very impressed with it.
I'm not sure about this, but is PSXperia working on Android 4.0 or 4.1 or up?

How about FPSE?
And does anyone know which ROM Android 4.1 for XPlay is based on? It wouldn't be the XPlay ICS beta, right?
