I'm experiencing a weird problem concerning app compatibility on the Google Play Store.
I am finding my phone is no longer compatible with apps that were compatible with it about a month ago. For example, Dead Trigger was once compatible on my phone but when I try to download it again from Google Play, it says my device is not compatible. Dead Trigger isn't the only app that this is happening with. It's happening with a few others. Anyone have this problem? Does this mean I should update to a newer ROM version? I've already tried clear cache/clear data in the app but it doesn't fix the problem.

I have an unlocked GSM GNex running stock 4.0.4. I have not been offered a Gmaps update since the announcement of offline maps on 27 June. Looks like I'm running 6.4.0 without the offline capability. Anyone else having the same prob?

No I downloaded the update and cached the area around me, this is not a new thing though you can enable the same thing in Labs in the old maps. The new one lets you pick the distance.
Mine updated right away. But the capability is in the old one too under "Labs".
try and uninstall maps then reinstall from the Play Store?
Market apps that I had installed before where "not available for your device". Well they worked fine before. I started noticing this a lot! Then I finally just reinstalled CleanROM SE ATT 2.0 and it fixed the issue. Well everything was fine and here is the last things I did. I was downlaoding a 1.2gb file from the play store (Grand Theft Auto Vice City). I got about 20% and then I canceled the download because I was having problems with spotify. SO I rebooted and now certain apps are not available. Included VICE city!!!
I tried google searching this and found some really old news from like 2 years ago and different reasons.
If I goto the app store via browser... the same thing... my NOTE 2 is greayed out and I cannot select it.
What is going on? Anyone have similar problems?
When I first got my (Sprint) Galaxy nexus I never had a problem downloading files from google play store or from any other services but in the past few months when I try to download something the GNex starts lagging so much I can't use it until the transfer is complete, anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? (I'm on android 4.2.2 right now, so maybe it started when I upgraded)
So it looks like Google Play just upgraded itself to Build Version 6.0.0, and now whenever I try to go to the My apps page or try to download any app, Google Play says "Check your connection and try again". Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have a solution?
UPDATE: Looks like the cause of my problems was an app called AdAway, which was somehow blocking access to google's servers. (leaving this up for reference in case anyone encounters a similar issue)
it is working 100% on my fire phone with cm11
Upgraded my z5p to marshmallow this morning via ota.
The Google playstore keeps crashing every since.
Any body else experiencing this?
