Unrooting help

Hey guys I am a new owner of a T989D from Telus. I have rooted and installed CWM and flashed Beast ROM without backing up with Nandroid. I wanted to go back to stock ROM so I followed this threads directions http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1323878. Unaware this was for the T-Mobile version and a Telus version was available I flashed the Telus stock ROM as well. So when I boot my phone i get the Telus message as well as the T-Mobile boot screen. If anyone can provide any help as to getting back to just the Telus stock ROM I would highly appreciate it.
MBK
Anyone? :/
I'm confused: you flashed the T-Mo ROM, then re-flashed with the (proper) Telus ROM, and now you get two boot-up messages? Can you be more specific?

Looking for combo Radios for VZ (4.0.4/4.1.1)

I was recently rooted/ROM'ed but went back to stock to try the official JB.. i should've just stayed rooted lol..
But now I'm re-rooted and looking the the Radio's i was using, i can't remember what thread i found them, but it was a single flashable pack including 4.0.4 with 4.1.1 LTE (almost positive)
can anyone help me find it?

Going back to Koodo factory spec?

I've found many a guide here to go back to stock recovery, etc. However, none of them that I have found seem to have an option for the Koodo T989D (not to be confused with the Telus T989D, while they may be nearly identical the Koodo one has different markings in the software). I need to get my phone replaced because the Bluetooth is flaky (tried stock ROM, LiquidSmooth, CyanogenMOD, MIUI, etc etc, I'm 99% sure it's a hardware issue at this point), and in order to do that I need to get back to Koodo factory spec.
I'm currently on a stock (rooted) Koodo ROM, so if there's a way to simply uninstall Superuser I'll be good to go. However, I'll also need a stock recovery, but I'm not sure if there are any here so far that have the Koodo brandings or a lack of other carrier brandings.
Could anyone help me out? I'm not necessarily looking for a guide (there are plenty of those here), just the stock recovery and possibly a way to remove Superuser.
EDIT: I hate posting before I fully search. Found exactly what I need here
are you going to end up using the ODIN method or TWRP/CWM method? I'm about to do this on my phone also.

[Q] baseband unknown, trying to downgrade rom

Hey guys, so I finally decided to go back to a stock rom for the t989 (4.1.2)
i downloaded tiberus for the kernel
uvmc6 stock for the rom via this thread <<is that even a legitimate stock? i'm not sure because that's the only one i could find that doesn't seem to be tampered with.
and uvmc6 for the radio
for some reason, after flashing, everything works great but i have no signal. the baseband in the "about phone" reads "unknown"
I don't know what i did wrong because it seems like I did everything right by getting the same version, kernel and radio for it but it's still not working.
even tried going to an earlier radio but still no success.
can someone tell me if i'm missing a step? did i do something wrong? can i even downgrade (specifically coming from this ROM and i want to go back to stock)
I am facing the exact same issue. Can anyone please share any pointers. Thanks so much.

Not sure about the rom you linked, it's not official stock is about all I can see just from the filename.
If you really want to go back to official stock 4.1.2 ROM, then you need to download either one of these, this is for T-mobile/T989 or this is for Telus/Koodo/T989D
Either of those I linked are flashed through Odin in Download mode. unpack and flash in Odin, If you need a re-fresher on how to use Odin check here, at Step 9 just replace that with the rom you downloaded/unzipped.

Welcome to the forum! Would you recall what Android version you were on prior to flashing the custom ROM? Ideally you would want to return to the same version in order not to risk a brick. You can also check your phone settings and see what the firmware parameters are. If your baseband says UCUEMJB, then you would have to go to 4.3 but if it's UCDLK3, then you could go to 4.1.1 or 4.3. Flashing a complete stock image should install the basic AT&T apps and settings. Anything else, you can add from the Play Store
