[Req] S3 look for T-Mob S2

I have a S2 that I want to look completely like an S3. Wallpapers, sounds, etc. I also have a Note and I have it Romed just like a S3.... having the 2 look like one would be AWESOME! Any takers??

Dude - really? Was it necessary to be insulting and childish?
I too would love to see a theme or ROM doing the same thing. I couldn't care less about the new hardware - it's not enough of an upgrade to justify the cost.

Well saying I have a Note, 2 HTC Ones, a S2, a unreleased mytouch, and a Vibrant.... I have no need to be a wannabe. I refuse to get rid of my Note and have no want to buy the 3 as a phone.... it is beautiful on my Note but when I am at work I don't want everyone touching my Note......... I just want the software.

There is a zip file that's flashable with the S3 icons to make the S2 look like that. Check the dev or theme section.

It's not made flashable for the official uvle1. Only the leaks. I'm waiting for that.

I flashed the one made for LE2 it works except the settings, but the solution is to replace the settings with the one from LE2. Delete the existing one in system/app then replace with settings.apk attached. I used tdj's v1 rom by the way which is the best out there so far for battery and speed.

Whats The Best Kernel For T-Mobile S3

hello ive been trying out all the kernels for the T-Mobile S3. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note and the new kernel for that just came out and I am getting better scores on the Note then i am on the S3 but I thought the S3 i ssuppose to have a better faster CPU then the note. Im getting about 6500 on the S3 using AnTuTu Benchmark . The Note is giving me about 7500 . So Im just wondering what Kernel will be the best as of right now for the S3. The S3 is fast no matter what score it gives me but im disabled and cant move around too much and get boared so i just tweek on all my Android toys and I wont lie I have a iPad 3 too to kill time. Thanks in advance to who ever points me in the right direction. Thanks again. :cyclops:

I tried versions 8 and 9, and both break support for my 64gb sd card. It tries to mount and then says Safe to remove immediately. Restoring to stock fixes it.

I would definitely try Trinity 45b. Using Quadrant standard, I'm getting better scores at the same cpu frequency as stock kernel. The wifi signal and connections has been immensely improved. Night and day improvement. Wifi calling works, solid now. Effin sweet. I would definitely give this one a shot. I'm really trying to find some fault with it but it's getting hard.

Mods etc from the international version that you would like to see ?

I feel like we need to request mods, apps etc thats available to the international version that would be nice to try it here..
Do we even have a 30MB/s camera as yet ?

I would like to see the omega roms on our phones I've been checking them out and they look pretty cool lots of mods and themes for them!

I'd like to request a smooth user interface. I have yet to use a ROM that has not had stutter, and I've flashed my phone at least 100 times, ICS, AOSP, AOKP, CM10, all stutter on homescreens. International i9300 can do it, I've seen it with my own eyes on my friends phone. He was running Siyah kernel. The dev for that kernel is extremely skilled, had the pleasure of using his i9100 ones.

we will get that.. that is a jelly bean feature and that is why we dont have it yet as we are on ics.

I would really like to have Omega rom for the i747.

The omega rom would be great addition to our phone.

I downloaded the wallpaper and ringtones and to put it bluntly, they suck! Hoping to get some of the apk's ported over though.

Maybe have this moved to the development section.

No NightHawk is right this is where it belongs. Considering its not development it does not belong there.

Would it be possible to convert the entire dump to work with the Note 2? Ever since the announcement of the GS4 I always wanted 4.2.2 on my Note.

If it was posted in the dev section it would either be moved out and put here or q and a since it is a question or it would have been closed. @akaneel I believe the source is needed not just the dump file.

Its on my note 2 for 2 days .works better than stock s voice ! I replaced my Google voice shortcut I had created on home button .

Hi my fellow note 2 users.
I am not sure if the B6 kernel is out for our phones yet but is there a ZIP out there we can flash yet?
I heard it is great with battery life, correct me if I am wrong though.
