i want to flash again stock rom 3.2 for acer iconia 101. My acer iconia running 4.0 ICS rom cook. So, can i downgrade firm stock 3.2 ??? i try to find xda, but cann't topic about acer iconia a101 .

You can go to this topic over here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1307046 and download a stock rom for your device and then flash it.

Hi Brahmaji1234,
you can install a custom rom based on JB. However I must point your attention that if you did the upgrade with a standard rom for your phone, bootloader might be upgraded too. Therefore return back to JB could lead to a faulty device as you will not be able to boot it any more.
Check some tool which could read with bootloader version you have before doing anything
