Did you flash newest recovery with USB fix. If so, you should be able to open sd from out of recovery.
If you didn't flash newest recovery, then try that.
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA
Grab the test recovery from cwm thread.
Flash it.
Boot to recovery.
Push your custom rom to sd card via adb.
Reboot to bootloader via adb.
Extract boot.img from your rom and place it in fastboot folder.
Give this command in fastboot :
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot to recovery.
Flash your custom rom by choosing it from sd card.
Reboot.
Let me know if it works or not.
One more tip :
Never wipe the sd card.
i made a thread about this... check it out, it might solve your problem all you have to do is follow the steps from the beginning till the end...

There is no need to manually mount the sdcard, with the latest CWM the usb storage is auto-mount. Boot to recovery, connect the usb cable to your pc, if there is no pop-up, open your "my computer" you will see the HTC Storage is there.

Don't you have a nandroid backup before you flashed that fonts ? If you do have, just restore your backup.
If there is no backup, the best is reflash a stock fonts

Hi,
i think My A100 is completly bricked ..The Story:
my Tab was rooted and Unlocked TWRP was installed and running FlexReaper Rom.
1.i decided to reset my A100 completly to stock -> downloaded 014 ICS Rom and Named it update.zip
2. i want to flash this trough recovery when it searches for update.zip files but its not working (dont finding this file)
3. i flashed it in TWRP Recovery after it was done it says no OS installed but i ignored it (*facepalm*) <---I KNOW THIS WAS STUPID !
now the Tablet dont boot Android (stuck at white Acer Logo )and when trying to start revovery its says in Red Letters: Recovery verified failed ...
Bootloader is LOCKED and NOT Rooted
im able to get in Fastboot Mode but the Tablet accept only a very small amount of commads from adb.
my Question : is this Tablet ready to get back to Acer ?
i've tryed unlocking the BootLoader using the Fastboot oem unlock cmd to install the Recovery.img ,but nothing happend only the Screen blanks out for half a second.
and i tryed flash an update.zip from External SDCard but this doens't work as before the Brick.
Anyone have an Idea ? i hope you understand my English and my Problem, i'm from Germany.

Its not bricked, its working as intended. You did however lock yourself out. Keep doing the update.zip method, its the only way.

It may not even work without at least the stock recovery there, but I would try the 014 in vaches thread with the stock ROMs. One was decrypted and is on a drop box I think, use that one. Triple check you name it update.zip all lower case and turn off hide file extensions to check it only has 1 .zip there.
Sending it to Acer may be your only choice now.

You'll have to pay, its user error not a hardware failure. Unless you get really lucky, half the bricks are charged for repairs because it happens on a custom rom and that IS hardware failure.
Custom ROM + Custom recovery = warranty gone

at the Moment i have completly Stock Firmware ...i think update.zip wont work tried a couple of Times no Luck.
I have attached a Picture.
I'd have to say with a borked recovery and a locked bootloader, you really can't do anything. You need at least one of them to even attempt anything besides the stock update.zip.
Thanks for your post. I'm running the exact same way. And was wondering how to go completely stock again, if need be. I think maybe flashing back to the stock recovery with zn's script, then applying the .014 stock package. I'm not brave enough to try though. I'm pretty sure a stock update will flash over an unlocked boot loader and root, no problem, but the recovery is the issue. Which your problem seems to reflect.
Yes i think im going to send it to Acer Repair Center

You could flash the stock bootloader/recovery through adb,
Like
Fastboot flash recovery.img
Or something,
If your in tested I could look into it.

Since your bootloader is locked I highly doubt it will push any files. But it never hurts to try.

That would work except two things.
1 stock a100 boot loader has no fastboot access or adb.
2 custom recovery has abd but is locked out by a100 boot loader.
Its stuck, no matter what.
The proper method to restore is simple, but tends to fail, and that's letting it run update.zip on its own.
Stock update will:
Erase cache, format system and data
Install system
Install boot loader
once booted it will flash stock recovery.
Safest method to return to stock:
Edit the stock ROM, remove bootloadr.blob from zip and updater script.
Save and re zip
Flash the stock system
Boot stock system
Root stock system
At this point you will have stock system, but a200 boot loader.
Reboot and check recovery for stock with adb reboot recovery
If its stock recovery you can then use the revert a100 bootloader script to flash back to locked a100.
Its long and annoying, but its the only way to verify each step without getting locked out.
Since he forced it in custom recovery it failed to install system but did install the bootloader, so they got stuck with a locked bootloader that cant be unlocked and a custom ROM and recovery, so locked out.
You could try a hard reset, it might kick start the stock ROM into working with the bootloader...

Well for one, recovery.img must be in the same folder, and that files name used in the command.
Second, fast boot doesn't work on a100 bootloader as I already mentioned.

Your question is not really clear. You say you flashed clockworkmod recovery and you are not able to boot into a ROM. Did you delete your ROM/wipe system? You need to reflash a ROM from recovery, first download one on your pc (stock ROM available on Xda) and then transfer it to your sdcard. Now install the zip through recovery.
Does that work for you?

You're not telling us much but if I had to guess I'd say you flashed a recovery after formatting system so there's no ROM to boot. ADB push a ROM to your sd card then flash in recovery.

Dear Specialists,
I am using GB on my Galaxy ACEII now.
When i bought it GB on it then i install JB (Offical version for Turkey)then i dont like it cause of slowness and freezinf problem then i go back to GB again...
In the past i can use CWM on this phone one time but now i cant do it...
My phone is rooted now and when i check it (with Root Chacker) everything look like ok about root...
But now when i try to use cwm again, i flashed its file in Recovery Mode then i flashed it in Recovery Menu then restart my phone then when i go to Recovery Mode again CWM not open and i see same (standard) Recovery Menu again...
In the past before reach CWM i need to flash another file or something like that (i am not sure because my brain really mixed) and somebody told me i need flash cwm.zip everytime if i wanna use it after standart recovery menu...
Can anybody help me about that cases (if possible with im [with gtalk, skype or sth like that) because really i have brain salad... :'(
Thanks a lot all replies from now on...
Sincerely...
then how so you root your Ace 2's GB? Do you access CWM to root?
Anyway, you can get rid stock recovery by using ex kernel v1.7 (i use it every time I go to GB). This kernel change the stock kernel automatically to CWM, and also it can use to root (use root file and install it via CWM)
Install the kernel using ODIN and put it on PDA

Hello All
I do hope someone can guide me through the process of getting me out of this logo boot loop on my HTC One X.
I know now i was stupid and not to back up the phone.
I unlocked the boot loader ok with HTC DEV.
Then had a look at rooting. I then went to this site which said it the file package came from XDA.
knowyourmobile.com/htc/htc-one/17426/how-root-your-htc-one-x
(And I did not read the comments at the bottom of the page on that website)
Now I am stuck in a Logo Boot Loop. I can still connect the phone to a computer.
But I do need some help with a step by step guide to see if i can get my phone working again.
I have put up some photos.
Thank you in Advance:fingers-crossed:

You will get your phone working again..
Download a custom rom from the forum. Boot your phone in recovery mount sd card and copy the rom on sd card..
Than flash the custom rom and flash its kernel using fastboot..

CWM.. v5.8.4.0
TWRP..v2.6.3.0
I tried to unzip the new rom from sd card with TWRP but can not use the touch screen to use the app.
When I use the CWM to unzip the rom ..when it says install YES can not use touch screen.
Maybe there is a custom rom and kernel out there where i can install from sd card only using the power. volume up down buttons.
This is the rom i put on sd card for my htc one x ( HTC_One_X_-_MaximusHD_21.0.0)

JUST to add one more thing that might help... The website I used to root the phone ..It says the ADB file is out of date.
So you mean to say that when you boot into recovery, your touch is working and as soon as you start to flash the rom, touch stops working ?
---------- Post added at 12:32 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:29 AM ----------
1) First copy the rom zip file on your pc, extract boot.img file from it.
2) copy the rom zip file to root of your internal sd card
3) boot phone into fastboot using power+vol down
4) flash boot.img and erase cache from fastboot
5) boot into recovery and see if touch is working ?

TOP TOP people
I followed your instructions in the last post you sent.. Then rebooted....IT'S ALIVE. I now have a rooted phone . But still has the stock rom.
Not too sure if I want to unzip the new rom Star. Just in case something goes wrong. But with some help I'm sure I can do.
The whole purpose of getting a custom rom was to stop the over heating of my battery\drain and the preparing sim card.
If you know of a good custom rom that could solve the battery issue\preparing sim card , maybe better wifi.
A big Thank you goes out to Star.:good::good:
Hey its perfectly ok...
Yes you can flash a custom rom easily. First you will have to decide which Rom you would like to flash. Read the topics of all roms and choose.. There is no such thing as best rom.. its what you want.. i can recommend viperX rom as i am using it for a long time now..
