[Q] Opinion required Which One is Best HTC One X OR Samsung Galaxy S3

Hello
I need an Opinion about HTC One X or Samsung Galaxy S3 which one i should go for i am confused please reply me back with the valid reason waiting for responses.
Thanks
How many of these do we need?!
Search (or even just look for a few pages!) and you'll find loads of threads with exactly this question as the title.
Apart from anything else why not just go to a shop and have a play with both of them. Then you can make your own mind up instead of asking the same question which has been asked many many times and clogging up XDA.
Oh, you've also posted in the wrong section. There's a Q&A section which is specifically for questions. (clue's in the name!!)
The HTC S3 X

Please don't post your personal problems in General

Guys please don't post your personal problems or questions in GENERAL Forum..u have completely ruined it..
General forum is for discussion on general topics and general or common issues..
It's not for a personal problem or just one guy having a problem..Such things should be posted in Q&A ..there are numerous threads with a personal problem or a question ..
So please our HOX General Forum is completely spoiled..its a mess..
So for PERSONAL problems - Q&A
And for General n fruitful discussion - General

and... if you have a at&t HTC One X(L) with a snapdragon prozessor go to the at&t One X Forum.

So you have a personal problem (general thread not to your liking), and you are posting about it here in General. Oh the irony...
Also, what gave you the (d)illusion that you are a moderator?
He's got a point though!!! Q&A is for problems with peeps' devices and this forum is for any other stuff such as that HOX is better than Iphone thread which i find quite amusing!
Naa I am not trying to be a mod..its just that its so annoying every time I check into the General forum and its full of questions or individual problems..
If u wanna post all the questions here than what's the point of having a separate Q&A forum..
It's your wish guys I am just trying to help in uncluttering this forum so that we can see some healthy n fruitful discussion..

whats wrong with helping those in need
80% of them are people who ran into trouble and registered here just to solve their woes.
and it's the fasting month. we should be doing some good biddings
Report the thread(s) in question to the Mods, they can then move them to Q&A
...says someone who just recently joined xda.
Seriously, there's no real need for a general forum if only the most "general" issues can be discussed. I only have to look at the first few pages of this forum to see that plenty of people's individual problems' threads have sparked lively discussion with dozens if not hundreds of responses. A "how do I change the volume" question certainly does not belong here. A "my display shows yellow spots when I press on it" one most certainly does.

@Ztrewa I did Google first, Google didn't find it. I found the CyanogenMod link from another website. Even the XDA search here didn't find the thread.
@daniel4653, What was the reason for your message? Useless
@livito, A very big thanks and as I said at the top, I did find it off another website after an hour of searching
@supersaeed your comment just as useless and unwarranted instead of helpful
@kennyglass123 Moderator, look at the top of the post. This is posted in the correct place. Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III> Sprint Galaxy S III Q&A > [Q] CyanogenMod 10.1 for Sprint SIII
Truly, I thought I was on a supportive site for moding my phone but, only one out of 5 posts was supportive and the other's just worthless hate, and aggitation. And as a moderator to post a problem with a post when there wasn't one?
I may be a junior member here but, I have probably been using computers and electronics before most you were out of diapers. Modding phone's is still new to me as I haven't had the urge to brick my only personal means of communication I need while I am on the road and don't consider $ as something I just throw out the window (even though I have 2 SIII's I only paid $99 for). I research before I jump and if I'm not sure, I ask a question and expect a courteous answer, not gruff from rude, impolite, inconsiderate, discourteous, bad-mannered, people.
if instead of clicking GS3 general or whatever u did had u clicked on GS3 development you would've seen it right there at the top
the moderator obviously moved your thread to Q&A
my post was useful..now maybe you'll try a little urself before asking super obvious questions
also, nobody cares how old you are

My post wasn't useless you didn't search at all that's why I was expressing myself by saying oh my. And that means you didn't read the rules if you posted in wrong section and you should search before you post.

going off your sig, you are in the wrong forum#
Also, questions belong in...........thats right - q&a
this isnt the samgsung galaxy S III forum? hmmmm kinda looks like it but oh well thanks for ALL the help!
my sig says....samgsung gs3......Samgsung (smgsung) g (galazy) s (s) 3 (III) perhaps i should change it so its more easilly interpreted for the "galaxy s III"
I will find the proper forum and ask it in the Q&A section......just curious is the "general" section for general statements, or questions? cause i see a lot of questions in here.

yes, but your sig also says (sprint) at the end.
this forum is for the international s3
general is for general stuff, q&a is for questions - noobs posting in general doesn't mean thats where you should post
oh, and you spelt samsung wrong in your sig
nice attempt at sarcasm, shame it was a failure

Of course, you discounted S.P.R.I.N.T appended to your Galaxy S3 signature. Feel free to use the mods in here. Just don't come back crying that you bricked your device.
There's an age old saying: Look before you speak. You should follow that. Will serve you well.
But seriously, Sprint S3 is a completely different forum altogether and any suggestions you get form here more than likely will brick your device. Make sure you post in the Q&A section there!

As DSA said, this is for the international S3, there are a few variants of it, each US carrier has their own variant, things can and will be different for each variant, go to the sprint S3 forum and ask there.

American or Canadian SGS3? Read this before posting!
There has been a lot of people getting mixed up as to which SGS3 section is the correct one for their phone, this post should redirect you to the correct one.

Why this forum is so messy?

It is very hard to find anything here. For example in SGS2 forum there are sections:
Galaxy S II General
Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Galaxy S II Accessories
Galaxy S II Original Android Development
Galaxy S II Android Development
It could be much easier to find anything if there will be sections:
User Guides / How to
Developer Guides / How to
Q&A
Accesories
CustomROMs
MODs
Themes
Thanks for the recommendation, you can also post suggestions here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1987254
Everyone will have their own idea about what constitutes "messy" and what would work best, ultimately we have to decide based on the experience of the users and staff and developers and come up with a workable system that evolves over time.
I can see some merit in your suggestion, but realize that for some users the current system would be more agreeable.
Be that as it may, you can always make suggestions to the site in the thread I linked
Thanks for reply. I will write a post there.
No problem,
and keep in mind that just because your personal idea is not adopted, it is still taken into consideration and may be phased into the current system in some fashion, so don't get discouraged or feel ignored if the things you suggest are not necessarily put into action.

It doesnt help that a lot of people make new threads for a lot of the same things too
It would be great if phones had section manufacturer wise rather than have a huge photo for each phone.
For anything I need to urgently search I just search using Google. That throws the best result.

I know that I missed it. It was only schema. I am here 1 year. Now I wanted to modify my ROM by myself and I found it pretty hard to find threads I saw earlier.
The forum supports a $hit ton of phones, can be bit hard to keep organized. The search feature shall be your friend...
