Baseband & Build NUmber Question... - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Just noticed that my baseband is:
L700.05 V.FD02/L700.FD02
and my build number is:
IMM76D.L700FD01
should the build number end in FD02?
or is everything okay?
not too knowledgeable when it comes to this here...

Gonna risk a necro to ask the same thing, but mine are as follows:
Baseband
l700.05 v.fd01/l700.fd02
build
imm76d.l700fd01

Your base and should be something like UGCL1 or XXLA2. Nothing like what you're posting. Here's an example.

I believe those are Toro (verizon) or Toroplus (sprint) basebands, not Maguro (GSM) thats why they look so different.

It should not look like that. The example you posted is a GSM (i.e., maguro) example. The OP has a Sprint (i.e., toroplus) device.

Help understanding wakelock dump?

I am currently on stock EK02 on my Sprint Samung Epic 4G touch. Battery life has been less than what I see others getting. So I am trying to understand the wakelock dump but the original post has me confused. I sorted the following dump by total_time. It looks like CarrierIQ is a burden, but was wondering about the audioOUTLOCK.
(I am waiting for the next Sprint update which will hopefully have nociq before resorting to keeping a hacked rom.)

Do realize that was no help at all what so ever? Are you just trying to get your post counts higher?
You actually think that someone who can do a wave lock dump does not know about EL13?

Look dude i am just trying to help if my answer didn't help you then I am sorry. If you would have known about no ciq then why you would you say you were waiting for no ciq update from sprint. I was just pointing out to no ciq el13

This is not for our devices its for global, carrier unlocked versions. The First gen galaxy S2 with the hardware home button. And wont help us much if any at all.

It is somewhat good news nonetheless. Means we will get a bite of ICS soonish...

spelling and device are wrong. Tell us alot less about the status of t989 builds than the skyrocket leaks.

hopefully ours get updated before the GSIII announcement, or else Tmobile might delay the update so more people will buy GSIII (although I doubt they need much convincing). they're already doing this with the HTC phones

Retreat - ICS Open Source is not there yet

Guys,
My bad. I've just double checked it and it's not there yet.
Sorry for bad info! I'll be sure double triple checking before posting.
To check the current available opensource - visit below website -
https://opensource.samsung.com/reception.do
First.
On a serious note, is this the source the devs have been waiting for?
Transmission sent from my slim n trim Galaxy S II.
This has already been posted though

Are you sure they released the source for ICS?

That is EL29, EK02, and if I recall correct, EG30 is the unlabeled one.
Are you saying the unlabeled one is ICS?
Is there some other area where the list is different?

Chinese keyboard? Where did you get the phone? From Asia?
Swyped on my Galaxy Nexus running AOKP with Trinity Kernel, overclocked to 1.4GHz
Some kind of Asian system app. What ROM/kernel are you using?
Its called pinyin ime apk- just a Chinese keyboard. Its actually made by Google and usually in the stock firmware. No need to be alarmed.

correct, it's available on stock rom, both google released factory images and when building from source.

No Local/combined search?

Please forgive me for asking what is probably a noob question:
For the last few weeks, perhaps since I upgraded to FI27, the google search doesn't pull up the contacts and local apps anymore. I can't figure out how to get it back. I've seen something about this feature bring removed from the galaxy III ... Did they do this to us as well? If not, can anyone point me to the correct setting for this? If yes ... Any workaround for this (I'm rooted, in case it matters).
Thanks for your help ... And again, my apologies if this is something I'm spoofed you figure out.

Apple can suck it! Can't wait the the USPTO finalizes the invalidation of apples patents on crap that shouldn't have gotten a patent in the first place.

Yea F&CK Apple.
But if you want to get Google to search your phone you'll have to use an older 'GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk'
Hint you might want to read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1762570
I haven't used this in a while I'm quite happy with Google Now so far.
Good luck.
Are you talking about this?
