Hi i went back to stock done all i could and flashed the downgrade hboot from alpharev site flashed the ruu for this device. then when the phone reboot theres no screen but its all on and everything but its all messed up badly this is what i get in fastboot

No you cannot you have to create a goldcard.
i got a HTC desire HD stuck in a bootloop. i bought it second hand, after one hour it freezed. after checking forums i managed to get contact in fastboot with cmd. other stuff dont really worked. tried the htcdev unlocky thing, but seems to be not working as my hboot is 200.0027 and needs to be 29 at the end. dont know where to find it. because its vodafone branded and never unlocked nothing works cat is biting in its tail...

flash Philz 5.15.9 recovery after this mount sd card copy your nandroid backup and restore it like you install new rom or install custom rom on the phone and don't forget to wipe everything except sd card

Since you are S-On, you will need to re-lock your bootloader to flash it. The command for that is fastboot oem lock
Then either flash the RUU.zip in fastboot, or use the extSD card method
