Where in the framework do I change the H+ icon to the 4g icon and where can I get the 4g icon because the h+ really annoys me
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I927 using XDA
The H+ icon is not in the framework. Its in the SystemUI.apk in the system/app folder. Decompile SystemUI.apk and look in res/drawable-hdpi folder.

Ok found it but how do I modify it?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I927 using XDA
I used ninjamorph and I was able to fix it
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I927 using XDA
Ninja morph is OK if you want to modify it on hour phone. On the PC. Just find a 4g icon you like and replace the H+ icons . But make sure they're named the same. Hyena recompile system ui

Most likely will be in drawable-hdpi, would be my guess. You can't miss it, because there are usually over 100 .png's for the battery icon. You'll see them, once you get the right folder.

I was wondering if there's a way to change the app drawer icons without having to download themes. I have icons that I'd prefer to use of my own choosing

You could Meta morph applications. But I'm not entirely sure how. Search around for how to use metamorph. Should be able to then place those icons in a zip and flash and it will morph the applications and replace the icon.

Extract the systemui file at /system/app. Open it using 7zip and extract the battery related files and edit them. Put the files back and push the system ui file back

Does anyone know where I can find the Note 2 TouchWiz Stock Folder Icon? The one that is like a lying down ring folder? I am rooted with Root Explorer and have been looking through all the folders but I can't seem to figure out where it is. I've also googled it and can't find any reference to it. I know if worse comes to worse I could always try to replicate it in Photoshop, but am hoping someone already knows where I can grab it off the stock ROM. TIA
You mean system/app?

Its in the res/drawable xhpi I think. Look for the icon its a .png image so you don't have to do anything.

I can't find that folder or any file name resembling that on my rooted device. I am searching through all folders from root folder.

That's because you have to decompile that apk.
Sent from my SGH-T889 using xda premium
Use root explorer go to system/app/seclaucher2.apk/
Single press
Select view
Then you will see the folders included in the .apk select the res folder/ drawable xdpi
I took some pictures with the steps I took to get there.
