as the title says.. are there any good tutorials for making my own custom status bar? i have begun on my own rom and all goes well... but i would love to have my own status bar..

Just wondering if anybody knows the method to get some transparency on the status bar when using cyanogenmod 7?
I'm presuming its not the easiest thing to do, I did search in here but got no matches at all! as anybod looked into it at all?

There's transparency themes for cm7 I use this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1102755 if you get the patch from that thread and just push a transparent notification bar png into your phone you should be good
I made one with full transparency in the status bar. Look in the theme forum...

What do you hope to see under it, isn't everything moved down the screen when the bar is visable?

You need to use ADW launcher (for a short time) to do this:

Yes thats what my link shows, but the UOT is only part of it.

Alex v's roms are capable of having a transparent status bar. With a flashable theme I believe.

I need help this my big problem I tried many time for fix that but I never success
This is my problems and all sammy JB Rom with navigation Bar:
If navigation bar was enabled in phone call log
I have 2 bar in top and down and in favorite tab one bari in top same call log and in contact I have one bar...
This is action bar
See my screen Shots attached see red selection cadre
I need to remove that if navigation bar was enable same befor navigation bar was disable....
Anybody know how can I remove that actions bars?????

Can you be more specific about which Rom you have and which mods and try to describe the problem a bit more? The way you put it now I don't understand what's your problem.
If you ask for help in JKay's thread I guess you have that installed also? I didn't know it was released for sgs II 4.1.x roms

I never used jkay mod that is just for s3
I say again
If you enable navigation bar you will have pb in call log and contact and....
Tgus is not my Rom Pb This is sammy general pb with navigation bar for s2 i dont know about s3...
I said to Jkay topic because maybe Jkay know anythings about that....

Hi I download a rom today and I love the status bar bit I really dont like the battery circle is there anyone that can post a flashable zip with the same status bar color but with the orginal samsung battery and if its possible make the battery blue to match the icons I really appreciate!!
