How to get unified inbox widget

I would like to get with a Sense UI ROM the ability to view in the HTC mail widget all the inboxes.
How it could be done?
Also does the Mail app from Froyo support multiple exchange accounts under a Sense UI rom?
Thanks for your input!

Click to collapse
no it cant be done, you have to switch mail accounts from you inbox, you cant view all mail accounts in one inbox, also yes it does support multiple exchange accounts

Pure Messenger. Walk me through setting it up correctly!

Have another thread open asking for a good email widget where the inbox is displayed instead of an icon for the app and Pure Messenger was recommended.
I downloaded it but cant get the email to load for the life of me.
Yes. I downloaded K9 for Pure and set that up but when I picked my Gmail account under "pop3/ima/exchange" in the Pure Messenger (having selected K9 for pure as well) I do not get any emails to load in the widget.
Can someone help me out here?

Microsoft Exchange Widget

Hi. I just got the Galaxy S and set up my uni's Microsoft Exchange Push e-mail on it. It's working well but it's a bit of a pain to open the email app every time I get a new email.
Is there a widget that displays your more recent e-mails? I used to have a HTC Touch HD before so something like the sense e-mail screen would be amazing...
I've had a look around the Market and this forums but no luck so far. Has anyone come across anything like that?
Thanks in advance
correct me if i am wrong but in the normal mail client of the galaxy u can also enter how recent your email must be? so it doesnt show everything all the time?
Not sure you are answering the question here
THe idea is to have a preview of the recent mail on a widget without opening the mail app
I have this kind of widget with Touchdown but the problem is that you have to pay for this app and it's 20$!!
I didn't find somwthing like the sense widget for the mail ...

Nicolas
Moxier Mail has a preview widget, of sorts, or use Pure Messanger with K9 plugin.

K9 for Pure

&
Pure messenger (1.49 Euro i think)
http://www.appbrain.com/app/org.koxx.pure_messenger
But i found it a bit slow and limited with touchwiz
Works well as a scrollable widget on Launcher Pro though
ah yeah indeed i misunderstood the question. but i dont see the problem anyway when opening e-mail when u have new mail. u even get a nice popup in the top-bar that u have new mail which u can instant open from there..
but then again, maybe it could be better with a widget yea
Thanks for the advise. Guess I'll live with the default email client. It's no problem it's just that 80% of the email I get isn't important so it's nice to get an instant preview to see if it's worth reading

Apply Sound to an App

Have the Yahoo email app. Works great. I use the stock email client for my work exchange account and the Yahoo app for my sbcglobal accounts. The Yahoo app makes a standard sound but I would like to assign a custom notification sound. Want to use the old AOL You Got Mail sound. I have custom sounds for Handcent and I can add a custom sound to the stock email client but would like to add one to the Yahoo client. Anyone know how to do this? I tried to add it as system default but all it did was assign it to the stock messaging widget.
