I have just installed the kernel and the rom as indicated in
[ROM][ARC| ARC S] -= XPERIA MOD™ ICS=- [Stable Released!]
Till now I've been trying JJ ICS rom. I loved the ability in that rom to use T9 for searching names (and not numbers) in the dialpad.
i.e.
when in the home screen, green pgone icon, and the press 5-8-2-2 for searching someone in the contacts with L-U-C-A
I'm not able to find the same capability in -= XPERIA MOD™ ICS=- and also not able to post directly in their thred.
anyone can help me on how to configure it (if possible)?

I have a little problems as title
I have just installed RunnymedeAIO V6.0.4.2 instead of V6.5
However, I found the contact picture can work in 6.5 but it cannot work again in 6.0.4.2 (THe problem present in 6.0.4 also, and solved in 6.5 )
Is there something I can do with it?
Or wait for a new version is the best way for a new user as I am
Yesterday I changed to 4.0.3 ROM (MooDeD ICS ROM v.5.5 / xUltimate v7.5 Engine) and it works really fine.
My question is how can I change, is it possible to change the MAC-Address for wireless LAN? My wife and me, we both have an ARC. I don't know why, but the ROM changed the MAC-Address of both phones to the same address. So now it's not possible for us to use both phones in the same Network.
Whatsapp or google talk is not working when both are connected to the router.
Is there someone who could help me?

still found nothing .. now we're fighting for the wireless LAN ... the looser has to use the mobile phone connection (EDGE) ... so not really fast

I recently bought a ATT xperia play and unlocked it and flashed with Stock hong kong version FW over Doomkernel 14..
When I was having Att firmware,the search key was allowing me to search the installed applications in Menu by popping up a keyboard and allowing me to type.
But now after flashing,when i press search button,Voice search comes instead of keyboard.How can I have that setting to search the application via search hard button.
Please help..

I wanted to know if there is a way to get this feature on stock gingerbread rom.
I have seen this thread:

where the developer said it would have made a guide for this function on 'xperia arc. I wanted to follow the same procedure for the xperia play but scrolling the page I discovered that there isn't actually still a guide for this mod (the developer says it's too complicated).
What can you tell me about it?
