[Q] Why dont the ROM devs include 4.0.4 into their ROMS?

topic says it all. Wondering if they arent waiting for 4.0.5 or some other later build.

I was reading the thread of who has switched an who hasn't an got to thinking. Seems a lot have switched, but what rom works for you? I know they are all very similar due to it just being a leak but some have certain themeing or custom tweaks. So what JB rom an kernel has you satisfied?

I am running V2 of this rom.
Debating if I should jump to V3 but I am abiding by a principle now that if it is not broken, don't fix it.
Would like to see what V4 offers before deciding to go with new Rom or stick and wait for Source to drop.

We don't know. For now its easy enough to flash 4.0.4 takju and get the 4.1.1 OTA after you start up.

Thats a feature only on aokp or cm10 ROMs and its all framework manipulation, is not an app tha you can just install, flash either cm or aokp if you want it so bad

Xylon.. THE BEST with franco's latest nightly

I always use XenonHD.

Kalo , great rom.. (but no special skins or anything, that's why I love it)

I used to always go for CM10 but while they need time to update to latest version ..... fireb33 stock deodexed has been my choice: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1882248
