Hello
I sent my Nexus last week to a local repair centre. It's not a Samsung repair centre, just a general mobile phone repair centre. Today I got a letter, which announced me that some requested parts aren't available and I have to wait .
part 1
22GH59-11350A
Key FPCB-Sub PBA
part 2
SG-L2
L2
That is the information in the letter. Does somebody know what this part numbers mean? I hope they replace the right parts, so I would like to know what these parts are.
Life is hard without the Nexus It is not funny to go back to a older, smaller phone...
Try Google? What was wrong with your phone?
I had the charging bug. When I charged the phone fully and disconnected the cable, the phone thought that it is still charging. So the display was always on.
Why didn't you take it directly to Samsung?
It is the normal way, that you send the phone back to the dealer for warranty issues. My dealer has contracts with this local repair centre, so.. thats why I sent it to this one.

Gotcha, I would just try looking the parts up online.

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this but I'm asking here to get confirmation. About 2 months ago, I dropped my HOX and cracked the screen, went to a 3rd party repair shop to get it fixed.
Last Tuesday, dropped it again and cracked the screen again. However my phone has developed a different problem, for which I phoned up HTC UK and it's booked in for repair, they're collecting it next week. However as the phone has already been opened to fix the screen the first time, I suspect the warranty is now void. Does anyone know what will happen if they receive it in? Will they still repair it or say that they can't help? I don't want to pay the £25 charge if they won't repair it.
Thanks
i'm wondering if it is possible to send the phone in to let the battery
be replaced if it gets to weak someday.
by sony customer service or maybe some external shop which offers such services?
or does the whole phone need to be replaced?
Phone any Mobile Phone repair shop and ask.
Hi I was wondering if anyone had any experience with a used eBay g4 and getting any repairs done thru square trade warranty service. Any repair and especially the bootloop hardware issue? Thanks
Anyone? Guess if no one has used it is not that good?
Considering sending my phone back for a battery issue. Anyone who has sent in the phone for an RMA Repair, what was the turnaround time for you to get your phone back?
Thanks.
