download the file attached hir, then go to stock recovery mode, turnoff your phone then open it by pressing simultaneously the power button, volume up and center key, then u will boot to stock recovery then click instal update from sd card, choose the file i attached hir, then ur in clockworkmod, now u can backup your stock rom.. press thanks if i helped you..
thanx...btw can any of u tell me whethr i should get a san disk class 4 16gb or a transcend class 10 16gb memory card for my galaxy y??
also for creeds rom can u mention the build number and whether it is possible for me to change the ICS theme in it whyl using tht rom???

Dude nandroid backup of stock ROM is impossible bcause CWM cannot deal with rfs file system of stock ROM it only work with ext file system so u cannnot restore ur stock ROM by CWM...but u can take nandroid backup of custom ROM and can restore it...
If u want to go back to ur stock ROM then u must flash official GB ROM through ODIN which u can get on www.samfirmware.com...
Which will unroot ur phone completely...
Again... restoration of stock ROM through CWM is not possible...
Press "thanks" if i helped u..

My CID is HTC_J15. any specific tools for its recovery to stock rom ?
Why do you need to revert to stock ? You just rooted your device; fully remove the SuperSU app, put back the recovery & boot.img you'll back to stock. Or restore your nandroid backup.

That happens because you don't follow the instruction for each custom rom carefully. Like you don't follow the advise to make a nandroid backup before you proceed rooting.
I can't help more than this as I don't have the ARA device, use the power of internet and search engine to look for RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A_HTC_ARA_2.23.415.1_Radio_20.76.30.0835U_3831.19.00.120_release_276387_signed.exe

Hey hi all i want to ask all of you that i have HTC WILDFIRE S and If i install ICS in it and after there will any error or problem so is it possible to get back Ginger Bread 2.3.5 on my phone???
First, make a backup of your current, GB rom, and save it somewhere safe, like your computer.
Then you can flash ICS/JB, and if anything goes wrong, you'll just have to restore your backup.

Now you need an PG76IMG.zip in your sdcard's root and install it with hboot, then you need to reboot, turn off phone, go to recovery and now you can use your recovery for backup and install new roms

BlackNotes Hybrid ? you cannot flash this ROM you can only Advance Restore it.
I think you need to extract the entire files in to your SD and Wipe..Clear..Format etc and choose Advance Restore (after locating the file in CWM)

Not sure what´s so funny about this.
Hm well if you chose the rom you want to flash and start flashing there should appear something like" flashing" and "done" finally. Sometimes nothing appears because it´s up to the one who created the flashable zip what will apear while flashing a rom. After the flashing is done it will of course return to CWM. Then you either need to flash gaaps too or simply reboot your device.

Now the phone won't boot.
Tried recovery..
Still won't boot.
Please help
Phone
HTC ONE V
Unlocked
Help please...
Any help please????
If nothing I would just like a simple working phone...

well for 4.2.2 roms u need a 4.2.2 kernel
and Paranoid Android 4.2.2 is not stable(doesnt boot even with kernel)
so if u want a working phone, flash A sense ROM since you're already on Titanium KISS kernel
and for jelly bean, u can try Shpongle
but remember to flash the correct kernel

Please elaborate

Thanks for replying
Can you please elaborate on sense ROM
and where to find it..
I think I will have to remove the SD card and use another phone to transfer zip file to it.. ( I don't have Card reader)
Can you also point aout why system restore isn't working??
Sorry for all the question
but really panicky at the moment
Phone unresponsive for 3 hrs....
+1 and read carefully ROMs and kernels threads... or at least OPs... and edit your post next time instead of writing next posts!
Edited:
You have to find Sense ROM by yourself!!! We are not your moms to take you by the hand and tell you everything, that you should do!!!
