Hi all.
My note wears a SGP ultra crystal screen protector.
The protector is good and when the NOte screen is on the view is crisp and clear.
But now is plenty of my fingertips and I can't get rid of them. I just can move it from up to down or viceversa and all the **** remain there.
How do you clean up such a screen protector??
Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have this. I am currently looking to get a better screen protector than the one that I got from verizon and this looks like a good option.
So does anyone have any experience with this type of screen protector and any pros and cons about it?
Assuming you're getting this for anti-fingerprint purposes, the SGP Ultra fine will do you wonders. It does prevent fingerprints from getting on to the screen. However, it slightly compromises the display a little. You will see little artifacts from the light of the display going through the screen protector, since there are layers in there used for the anti-fingerprint.
Don't get this if you want ultra clear display, or if you don't care much about having fingerprints. If you want ultra clear, try their Ultra Crystal Clear.
I've been using it so far for about 2 weeks.. Amazing for anti-fingerprint purposes..
One of the best screen protectors I have ever had..
Definitely recommended..
I've had the ultra fine for about a week and so far it's great. The clarity of the screen is definitely compromised, but you don't notice it after a bit. One of the best things is your fingers don't drag/catch like they can on naked glass or crystal style protectors. It just sort of glides across the surface.
what do you guys think about the anti-glare on this screen protector?
I have ultra fine and i like it, but there is alot of glare outdoors, but it does its job, i see no fingerprints on the screen.
as Purgatoiry said you definitely slide across the screen with this screen guard.

huh, it is supposed to be anti glare...
Dunno what to say, because of the matte finish, when the sun is on it its hard to see.
just my 2c of course, and even with the glare, i still wont use any other screen protector.
Wouldn't use anything besides a Steinheil.

I had one of the earlier anti-fingerprint protectors on my incredible and I noticed the same thing. I think the problem is that the sunlight gets diffused in the screen which makes it hard to see through the glare.
Is the Crystal Clear smooth like the anti print one?

Crystal Clear is like glass. It's probably the best option if you want to protect your screen but want to make it feel like nothing is there. I have one on mine and people, who play with my phone, don't realize there's a protector on it until they see the seam for the protector.
Hey guys,
Got my hands on the new SGP Flex screenshield. This is a wet install screen protector that covers the whole front of your device, so those users that were not pleased with the coverage of the SGP Ultra Oleophobic should give this one a look.
Install was really simple and it cleared up within a day, while the screen protector shows fingerprints and is a little tacky, it is super clear and offers great protector.

Wonderful! I've been looking for a review for this, and it's finally here from someone!
I'm not sure how I feel about it. I loved the Ultra Crystal on my Droid X/Fascinate/Motorola Xoom. Also, in the video, the orange peel didn't really show up when you had the screen on. Does it show up when the screen is on or is it only if it's caught at a certain angle? Also, can you update this in a couple of days after you've used it longer? I've heard that the rubbery-ness goes away on certain screen protectors and I wanted to see if the same could be said for this one.
Thanks!
I am so torn! I love the crystal clear I have on my dinc but for the gnex I will be getting im not liking how sgp cut the protectors small due to the curved screen. I like that this gives edge to edge coverage but that rubbery sticky feeling is a complete turn off for me..what to do what to do...
nice review mate keep it up
These screen protectors are amazing. Even though I've had it on my phone for like 15 minutes, it doesn't attract any of the grease on my hands like on the RealLook screen protector and on the bare screen. The only real problem is how hard it is to take the screen protector if you have dust in it, like I do. It's extremely clear, if it wasn't for the dust that's stuck under the screen you wouldn' be able to tell that there's a screen protector on it.
What's your favorie screen protector?

I'm contemplating on Installing this ArmorSuit Screen Protector i have sitting here, I'm currently using a Privacy Screen Protector from ebay though and its great its just degrades the screen quality a lil.
Does it help with glare at all? Do you have any experience with the matte version? I had it on my Amaze by didn't like the feel on it. How does it feel when swiping it?

There is no glare on it never tried matte I don't like matte screen protectors. It doesn't feel like anything is on it. It is like your touching the screen without a screen protector on.
I have the Realook on and genuinely looks like nothings on there. I just hate how easy the oil gets on there. I thought SGP SP doesn't have the Oleophobic for our phone.

Oil gets on it... just not as much as the Reallook did. This screen protector looks much better than reallook to me. Reallook is SLIGHTLY thinner than this screen protector, but it still looks better to me.
I've had an SGP screen protector on my phone for a for a few months now and it's pretty awesome. I like it a lot more than those softer vinyl type screen protectors. it feels almost identical to the naked screen and will take a fair bit of abuse without scratching.
I love the screen protector that Samsung put on Galaxy Note 10.1.
It would be a prefect screen protector if I can remove the the imprints that they've eched on.
Does anyone know where I can get screen protector that's similar to the screen protector that Samsung put on the Galaxy Note 10.1?
I've bought some soft film screen protector and they're just aweful, swiping the stylus over it and you leave a track mark that doesn't go away.
Thanks.
John
Seems like this guys recommendation might be what your looking for. Can't vouch for it personally but given the claims it makes I might give it a try.

Most of the clear dry install screen protectors would be fine for you.
I personally tend to use Photodon and if you are in the US I would recommend them. It sounds like you want a clear screen, not one that has a matte finish. If you order from them get the screen protector for the galaxy tab 2 10.1 and the "crystal clear" film MXA-5832-01
Crystal clear = http://www.photodon.com/p/MXA-5832-01.html
Matte anti-glare = http://www.photodon.com/p/MXH-5832-01.html
My personal preference is the matte finish because it hides fingerprints well and is easy to see when near direct light. It does degrade the screen quality slightly, but I'd rather that than having reflections. Personal preference really, ymmv.

I got this one and love it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008R9FVUK/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00
It has a matte finish (no fingerprints or glare), so it may not be what you're looking for.
How does the pen with the default nib, slide with this covers?
There are thick, clear and provide a bit of paperlike drag to the pen.

okay so right now i'm using the nillkin matte screen protector...it does a good job of reducing the fingerprint smudges glare and nasty bacteria...that said, it reduces the screen clarity, my gnex screen looks like a 1980 tv without signal, especially when the screen is showing a white background, This is my 3rd screen protector, the first one is the same as what im using now, but then i removed it and changed it with the clear one, i changed it again since the smudges and fingerprints annoyed me a lot, and now i wanna change it to the clear one again ? for the fourth time ? i really miss the clarity of the screen but i don't wanna deal with the smudges, what am i supposed to do ? is there any way to remove the screen protector that i'm using right now and then keep it somewhere so that i can use it again if i want to?
You can look at SGP screen protectors. They have some that are oleophobic so that would reduce smudges and make it easy to wipe off if there are any. It's also a clear screen protector so it won't affect the quality of the display.
I've had this battle before. I loved the screen protector given by Trident as it does not smudge but then it really effects the display. Turning the brightness up helps a bit but that affects battery life and I couldn't compromise that as I have a very busy work schedule. So I finally decided to go with the 'cheapo' transparent screen protector...I dislike the smudges but I've made it a habit to wipe my hands before grabbing my phone to reduce the oily mess
R: Screen protector dilemma
I use this SGP screen protector: "SPIGEN SGP Samsung Galaxy Nexus Screen Protector Steinheil Ultra Oleophobic" (sorry, i cannot post links yet)
It's very very good and does not affect display quality.
About the smudges and fingerprints (mostly the seconds on that SGP) i think you have to deal with them, if you want to see display colors and brightness properly
Unless of course you want to spend a large amount of money in uber professional screen protectos (if they exist)

Ghost Armor is great for me. Also comes with lifetime warranty and $5 for a replacement if it peels off or tears.
