Love the looks of WeUI? Or the performance of Creeds ROM? Or the liteness of Hybrid ROM? Don't like any of these 3? Love Repencis? Or just wanna stick to stock? Vote for your top custom ROM here!
If you're gonna post below instead of voting, then please mention the ROM and the version too!
It would be great if you include additional information too, like the normal RAM usage, or the tweaks you're using.
my sig says it all
Repencis!! xD
I'm jumped to Repencis only for Kill3D's theme and A2SD. But the performance was a bonus. Now with DroidWall and performance improvements, its better than ever. \m/
Add option for stock rom too!
kindly add creed's rom 2.0
Chobits v1.8 ftw the best in performance with very less battery consumption when combined with Merruk prefinal 2.0..Ive tried all ROMs except creed v3 but none matched CB 1.8 and cyan theme is awesome!

Chobits 1.8 User
I'm in a merruk kernel and Chobits 1.8 combination.
Got a hard time making both work without any hitch but after succesfully using both, i am a very satisfied user!
Chobits 1.8 is no doubt really great along with merruk kernel 2.0. Now, time to finally settle on one rom!

For editing the poll and adding new entries since you didnt add all the ROMs, ask head admin for poll editing...
Just a suggestion though, a lot of Roms have versions like
Creeds 2.0,2.1,2.5,3.0,3.1,3.2 = CREEDS
Why not just name it Creeds and the user can just reply what version
-purpose of that is to generalize the threads in what rom is the most famous and what not
Murek 2.0 + ChobitsDigitalis 1.8 = Awesome!
Creeds rom v2
FTW~

Srericson BusyBox
This will allow you to uninstall existing busybox install, and then install latest bb version.....I think now V 1.20.1
It is an Installer, as Busybox is GNU Public License s/w maintained by Denys Vlasenko....
For BusyBox info see http://busybox.net

It makes the phone run faster and smoother by adjusting the Low Memory Killer values. So it keeps a minimum amount of free memory so that the current activity will be smooth and lag free. In my case I've also removed a lot of bloatware(all Samsung hubs, etc) to free up the memory and together with the V6 script my stock ROM runs very smooth. This is the main thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276
PS: I advise you choose the suggested minfree values using the built in super minfree calculator. These are working nicely for me.

is it like the RAM Manger PRO? can switch to balance to gaming to multitasking by adjusting the free memory? so you aren't experiencing any lag even once?

Never used RAM Manager so can't say much about it. The lag will never be 100% gone purely because this is android and it's memory management is designed to work in a way that results in some amount of lag. But I must say it is almost lag free. Very good.

Go to the V6 thread and read the first posts from zeppelinrox very carefully. Then read it again. For good measure, read it one more time. Then forget about V6 for at least 24 hours, and occupy yourself with thoughts about naked women (or men, according to your preference). Then reread the posts again, three times, in quick succession. Then, prepare a cup of tea or coffee, and read them one final time while drinking your beverage.
By this time, you should've understand what to do to SuperCharge your ICS.

For music player, I'm using poweramp and it's really good with great equalizer.
About the themes, I'm not trying any so I can't help you with that. I'm just using some wallpapers though.

If you need a good gaming rom it will have to be GB. I suggest you try Nxt 1.3 by kris dee and you should use doomkernel v1.4. And overclock the kernel for better gaming performance .

There is a mode called Pure Performances by Jeeko..!! Flash the zip for custom roms from that thread and enjoy.! The performance will increase for sure.!! Haha mods you said? I've got without mods 8142 points on AnTuTu. Do you have something more to say? Mod is just a mod. Perfomance is giving by zipalign, optimalizations of apps and databases and ROM creator optimalization. Perfomance must be real. Not increased via mod.

This is what pure performances x does. (golden edition stock)
Installs CrossBreeder
Sets ZipAlign on boot
Installs optimized sqlite3
Adds build.prop tweaks
And other things that I couldn't figure out looking just at the files in the zip for 2 seconds xP (it does a lot of other things check the thread.)
