Is it possible to get the portrait to landscape animation just like the web browser on the iPhone 4S in our web browser or just on the Homescreen?

iPhone 4 was my last phone, and upon coming to Android, I was aware that they have scrolling wallpapers?
Where did it go?
Samsung disabled it for Touchwiz.
Hi all, I know on some launchers there is a way to adjust portrait and landscape settings independently of each other, my phone homescreen looks great in portrait mode, but in landscape the wallpaper has about a half inch of "black" screen on each side..I am using Nova Launcher Prime, but I dont see any independent options for this...is there a work around perhaps?..I think on the Paranoid rom it has this feature but I need more color than that rom has...thanks in advance

If you have the tab s 8.4 try installing google now launcher or nova. Then try swiping between the desktop pages in both portrait and landscape modes.
My tab s 8.4 lags considerably in landscape but not at all in portrait. The Touchwiz launcher has no such problem. It seems to have something to do with the wallpaper so try different static wallpapers.
The 10.5 has no such issue and zips along beautifully in both portrait and landscape. It seems to be clearly a software glitch since touchwiz has no issue and with some wallpapers the problem gets reversed and portrait lags.
What gives?

I had the same issue on mt 10.5 with Nova. I found that after a reboot the lag went away.
I personally feel that Go Launcher does landscape better than Nova because it puts your icon dock on the right vertically. Very convenient.
After further testing I found that the tab 8.4 has no lag if the wallpaper doesn't scroll. Animated wallpapers like koi show no lag at all. The 10.5 shows no lag with scrolling wallpaper...or any other wallpaper. I will try rebooting the 8.4 with scrolling paper.

I'm considering converting my HTC One M8 to a Google Play Edition. The only thing I'm concerned about is the lack of text reflow and colour inversion on Chrome. HTC's internet browser contains all the awesome accessibility options that I need.
Has anyone attempted to extract the APK of the internet browser from HTC's ROM and install it on stock Android? Also, do you have any idea what the APK file is called? I've looked in /system/app but can't seem to identify it.
I've tried out Dolphin and Opera which are both decent, but not quite as good as the stock browser. Opera lacks colour inversion and Dolphin's colour inversion is a little strange (too dark).

I think it's not possible because is part of sense framework and launcher .
I have a T9 Android box and cant stand the default launcher and just layout of it.
I am wondering if anyone has or is using a launcher for their Android TV box and would recommend it. I tried a couple like Nova and ATV but found I couldnt use a wallpaper and have it resized properly as the launcher would zoom into it and distort the wallpaper. If I viewed the wallpaper through the Gallery app or even within the launcher, the picture was centered and looked amazing but once it was set to the home screen the image became zoomed in and completely distorted.
Anyhow, Id love to simply change the GUI of the Android TV box I have and would appreciate any recommendations and potentially a way to fix the wallpaper issue I was having.
