[Request] Can I Get Someone To Bump My Icons? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I have made an icon change to a status bar mod and need them moved over a tad to the right. Mod file link at bottom of this post.
THIS IS FOR AOKP M3
What I would like is the 3&4G icons and their arrows moved a tad to the right putting the g over the two smaller signal bars. There are a total of 7 icons in the "res/drawable-xhdpi folder that would need to be bumped over.
stat_sys_data_connected_3g.png
stat_sys_data_connected_4g.png
stat_sys_data_fully_connected_3g.png
stat_sys_data_fully_connected_4.png
---------and the up and download arrows------------
stat_sys_signal_in.png
stat_sys_signal_inout.png
stat_sys_signal_out.png
Here they are as is....... I don't have the means to tap them over. Maybe so the back of the g is lined up with the 1st and 2nd bar split?

Do you have a computer? If so I suggest downloading gimp and doing it yourself. It's simple and you'll know how to use it for future reference

Your joking right?
I'm talking about going into the zip file and editing an xtml file and moving the icons over in the program. I have PhotoShop and can do pictures.

The data icons overlay the signal icons, so unless the original author changed things in XMLs, all it would require is editing the images.

OK,
Maybe I need clarification. Refer to the pic below.
The pic below represents three icon files.
The signal bars icon is 48 X 48 wide.
The 4G icon is 48 X 60 wide.
The arrows icon is 48 x 60 wide.
The red vertical line is drawn for illustration purposes.
The signal bars icon is actually one of 10 overlays that display in the same position according to signal strength and has its own position in the status bar apart from the 4G & Arrows icon.
The 4G and Arrows icon is positioned to the left of the signal bars icon and both are 40 x 60 wide.
So in the code the signal bars have a specified position, and the arrows, 3 & 4g icons have a specified position in the code.
I am asking for a person that is familiar with the code to please bump the arrows and 3&4g icons over to the right a tad. The image is drawn on a transparent canvas so it would not interfere with the signal bars unless it was moved over to far so that the 4&g overlapped a signal bar.
This cannot just be a matter of editing an image file. I just want the position where the red vertical lines to be moved to the right between the next two signal bars.
Again, Here is a link to download the mod if someone would be co kind. I hope.

Bump, Edited for clarification.
If this is posted in the wron place to ask for mod help please point me to the right place?
Thanks

[MOD][FIX] {Battlinesvc} Thin battery indicator on status bar (w/Minimalistic Text)

This is an idea borrowed from BattLineSvc app which I used to install on my old WM phone. I've searched the andriod market for similar app but there isn't one for the un rooted phone. So for the sake of un-root users (and myself) here's an alternative.
Mimic version - battlinesvc on GoLauncher EX w/ Minimalistic Text
I've done some mod on the ttf file so that all numerical digits are replaced by emdash. The original letter fonts and symbols are kept intact. The method for customising fonts can be found HERE with the credit goes to the authors and contributors. You can refer to the link if you wish to mod your own font types other than the one included below.
Link for download click here or here
Save ttf file into GOLauncherEx > fonts folder
Steps:
I assume that by this stage you already knew how to work around with the relevant apps.
1. Create Minimalistic text with 6x1 Hor setting (important for the batt bar to stretch across the screen in one single line)
2. Create Custom layout, dump the clock settings, and add in Battery level bars 0% - 100%
2a. Add new row, add in texts or clock(only text format). You may change individual item's font size and text style, but not colour. [Hopefully Minimerlistic team would add in colour option in the future]

}
3. Go to Text style and change all three to size 14, 15, 15 respectively
Colour: Normal(white), Accented and other(green)
Font family: change all to the new mod font; untick bold / italic
4. Change Orientation of Vertical block to Top
5. OK to save and exit to desktop.
6. Now on your desktop, shift the new battery bar to the top most of your screen, drag arrows to resize it for maximize horizontal and minimize vertical(to the max), tap onto the top resizing arrow and drag all the way up beyond the status bar.
From the screen above my status bar and dock bar were hidden. There are settings in GoLauncher Ex for this function.
Battery line will follow under status bar when it hide or unhide. This mod can only be shown on a single page. I have not tested with other possibilities.
Cheers.
Wow, this is great. I used to run that same app on my HTC Touch and missed it dearly! Any chance of re-upping the custom font used? Links appear to be broken. Thx
Great! I'm yet to test this but I thought I'd add my early support as I loved this on my HD2 WM. Thanks!

I need some help; the mod font doesn't show up even after I've pasted it into the GoLauncher fonts folder via Astro File Manager.
can i have a copy of the line font? thanks.. u cant send it via PM.. =]

Theme stencil notification/battery icons and theme file guide

As requested, I'm posting my icons that I made by hand (using a mishmash of powerpoint and paint.net =) ) as well as a rough map of a handful of files in case anyone wants to swap out other PNG's. Feel free to pick and choose whatever icons you might like from the attached zips, and you can follow the guide I posted in swapping PNG's, or ninjamorph or whatever means you like to swap PNGs.
So this is what it looks like on my phone:

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
And here's a guide for the location of a handful of PNGs and where they apply (I only included notification bar icons in the zips):
Notification icons (right) *stencil theme attached*:
SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
status icons
signal type icons
signal icons
wifi
framework-res.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
additional status icons
battery icons - *if using 99% mod for the battery, then icons are in drawable-hdpi. If using stock battery, in drawable-xhdpi
Notification icons (left) *stencil theme attached*:
framework-res.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
additional icons
Lockscreen divider (just for reference):
framework-res.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
divider_horizontal_dark.9.png
Lockscreen dots (just for reference):

btn_code_lock_default.png
btn_code_lock_touched.png
indicator_code_lock_point_area_default.png
indicator_code_lock_point_area_green.png
indicator_code_lock_point_area_red.png
Pull-down bar (just for reference):
SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
statusbar_background.9.png (notification bar)
status_bar_item_background_normal.9.png (status bar item background)
status_bar_close_on.9.png (status bar close)
shade_bg.png* (In drawable-hdpi. Can only change if using transparency tweaks I posted or have changed XML in another way to direct to this file)
RES_cappuccino.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
indi_noti_bg.9.png (quick setting background)
status_bar_header_background.9.png (header background)
indi_noti_bar.9 (indicator notification bar)
nice work!
These are amazing. I love the clean, minimalist look!
Thanks a lot! Took me a while, but I think it was worth it =)

Definitely! It's nice to see something different for once (and it helps that it's really good!)
Can I use these in a theming tool I'm working on? With proper credit, of course.
Oh, yeah, of course. Do whatever you want with them. Honestly, I just made them cause I wanted them for myself. Sharing it was just an after thought in case anyone else might like the theme too =)
If you ever move over to CyanogenMod or AOKP, you should really make a theme from this
I would love to move to cm9, but I actually use the video camera quite a bit, and I hear it still has focusing and stuttering issues, so unfortunately I have to wait. I'd also love to try the ics leak, but I think I need CWM, so again I have to wait =) but whenever I switch, you can bet I'll bring over my icons n stuff. I can't stand the stock ones. Blech! But again, if anyone wants to package them or use them in their own theme or whatever, go to town!

Thanks...I will!
I guess there is no CM9-Theme looking like this? I'm not sure, if i really should work on the framework-res.apk by myself.

Looking for an icon

I'm looking for a power symbol icon (circle with half line through) that is white with no background. I've searched for it with no luck. I've found several that are white with a black background, but I don't have an app on my phone to remove the black background. (FYI, Google Image search for white power symbol yields some unusual results...lol) The icon I'd really like to use is the power-like icon on the Trickster Mod app, that shows in the status bar beside the set on boot successful notification, but I can't seem to find it in the apk after extracting it. If anybody knows where that's at, or a theme I can download with an icon like that, I'd appreciate a nudge in the right direction.... lol
I'd also be happy with an app I could download for my phone for photo editing, where I could take out a background layer of black on a suitable image, while leaving the white power symbol. The ones I've used so far seem to be just for photo editing, as far as photos you'd take with the camera, not really an actual photo editor.
Thanks for any help!!
What about this one -- directly from a Google Search. (and it has a transparent bg)
It looks invisible on the XDA site....

I probably should've included this in the op (my bad ), but I'm looking for a small icon (specifically small lines, not overall size). That's why I liked the trickster icon. Theirs isn't actually a power symbol, but it looks close. I'm trying to add it to my LMT pie, for a button that works as a screen off button, and I want small lines on it to match the nav buttons. I did do several Google image searches, but they all were large icons or thick lines or had backgrounds. I know its kinda picky, that's why I was hoping for a good pic editor app. There are several icons that will work, if I can get rid of the background.
Sorry the op wasn't more clear, and thanks for the help!
Here ya go. I made this to match the rest of the google navbar images and it got added to aokp.
good day.

You sir, are awesome. Thank you! I wasn't expecting anybody to make the icon for me but I do appreciate it. Thanks again!
Edit: I just added it to my pie and it is beautiful. lol

Progress bar question

Is it possible to have 1 clean break in a progress bar?
Basically at the point on the bat at which the value reaches?
Thanks
No one can help?
Surely its achievable! Zooper is so powerful!
Could you be a little clearer on what you are asking? Do you mean you want a break at the end of the bar like a marker? or at a specific point?
I'd like a break in the bar at a specific point.
Namely at the value point of the progress bar.
So lets say the bar min = 0 and max = 2000.
The current value is 500.
I'd like a break at the 500 point. But for the break to move with the value.
So when the value hits 700, there is a break.
I'm talking of a very small break.
Also I'd like to have the bar turn red at a certain point. Say 1500?
I don't believe you can achieve that with a progressbar. You would be better off using rectangles and code functions to control the colour of the bar and position of the break line. I can work out and post the relevant code later if you need, but I don't have my phone with me at the moment.

Ahh ok. Thanks
Would it be possible using a rectangle over the progress bar and advanced parameters to set the x-offset?
Yes I imagine that would work, you would need to calculate the percentage then use that to modify the x position
Any idea how to calculate the required offset?
I can't seem to get it
Yes ,sorry my bad I meant to post an example but I got sidetracked:
[ox]$(x offset of progressbar+((#your current value#/#your upper limit)*width of progressbar))$[/ox]
Didn't know what variables you were using hence the text.

Hi again
The above advanced parameters don't seem to work properly.
Its slightly off....
I'm using this parameter.
[ox]$(((#TDataUsed#/2000)*330)+10)$[/ox]the current value of progress bar is
(#TDataUsed#/2000)*100
Upper limit is 100
Hence taking out the 'divide by upper limit.
X off set of progress bar is 10
any idea?

Progress Bar that Matches Cell Strength?

I've done some searching but haven't found the answers...
First, how do I make the progress bar match my cell strength? I have two bars strength but cant adjust the spacing and split parameters to match. Right now for this image I have them set at 25 and 19... The Cell Bar is beneath "Wednesday."
Second, how do I make the space side showing no signal (and gray) as an outline, not filled in?
Thanks.

OK I have the Cell Strength figured out. I made these adjustments...
Spacing 15
Split 50
Progress Min/Max 0/212
I can't seem to make the WiFi signal split... What am I doing wrong?
Now I'd just like to have the gray part in outline and not grayed out...
[/URL][/IMG]
Can you post your cell strength code?
I use ASU for cell and calculate #NCSIG [ASU level]/31 [max ASU value]. I usually make wifi bars the same way. #NWSIG [WiFi signal]/9[Max WiFi level]. I then use the int function multiplied by 100 to truncate to 0-100. I then make my bar a standard 0-100 bar and set my divisions to whatever I need.
I'm not sure how to do the outline part. It would be under advanced parameters. Some way to call wifi state compared to connection or connection strength to set outline width. Not sure if zooper has that function.

Cell Strength doesn't work at all on your phone?
Dang.
Are you scrapping the bars, then?
I'm trying to research something for you, but if it won't work on your device anyway...

Not in zooper widget. Running verizon, and apparently zooper doesn't read the signal right. It's all a little too complicated for me to take the time to figure it. So until that happens, yeah, they're gone.
