here i have got Pm from modder he has done Touchwiz4.0 for ace .
So here is the touchwiz 4 i dont no whether it works or not coz i dont have the ace
use root explorer and rename the touch launcher.apk to the original name of the launcher and place it in system/apps and lib file in system/lib and make a backup of your launcher or install other launcher as a backup and use at your own risk

does not work, install it with root explorer, through each file to your folders and giving them permissions, but when rebooting the phone does not start, gets the Samsung logo, and installed all that and found vercion and similarly I all give an error

yes, this is suspicious because the TW version in the zip is ver3. it should be TW4 i pressume..
did you mount r/w first before rename? i guess we cant rename apk's in use.
try using some Homescreen before renaming the TW.
did you got bootloop?

while in R / O you can rename and permits, and as much as TW3 TW4 and but still fail,

No its for both . there r many SGS & SGSL user who use TW4.0 on ther Foryo & GB Firmware . i think we cant get TW4.0 b.c the reslution is small we need to wait untill Samsung lanch any phone with same resluion with TW4.0

dude chill .due to some reasons half of the galaxy ace users have become suspicious...!!!!

TW 4.0 is made for hdpi devices. so someone must convert it for mdpi devices like the galaxy ace.

modder convert it for ace but its not working mate

Here is the private msg which i have recieved from modder . he said that unzip through 7zip i have unzip with rar . so i think i have made mistake . so here is original link & unzip through 7zip & then try may be it will works

I haven't tested it on cm. (no experience with cm at all)
it would be wise to make a backup first [do check ur firmware for framework as well, its .55 that i have modified for xperia s]
U can try the systemui though!
Let me know if it works.

It won't work on CM. It has a completely different framework and SystemUI. You will only get a bootloop.

System doesn't boot up at all. Stuck at the XPERIA logo with bottom illumination lights on.

You are on stock-rom right?
The permissions are set correct?

Here I bring you another of my mini-modifications because as we all know the internal memory of our Galaxy Ace is very limited.
WHAT DID I DO EXACTLY?: I deleted the unnecesary wallpapers that are in folders "res/drawable-sw720dp-nodpi" and "res/drawable-sw600dp-nodpi", the wallpapers we need are in "res/drawable-nodpi"
Make sure you have another launcher if you make a wrong procedure.

Check first post, updated. I got apk from your ROM

Best way to reduce internal space of the apps....
decompile some systemapp`s (like trebuchet-launcher (won`t work with paid apps!) ) with apktool..... set compiler level to "9" and recompile it... make flashable zip ... wipe all... install... reboot...
that`s it and the best way !

doesn't seems that it increased any internal space for my ace.

if anything all it does is removes wallpapers, and frees about 1MB..
to save space with a higher compiler level ^as said about , and zipalign

Remenber, it's only for 2nd ROM so you have to have one LSxxx JB 4.1.2 in 2nd and remember too the fact that lidroidSettings.apk and SystemUi.apk could be in \DATA\SEC_DATA\ or sometimes in \SYSTEM\ ( \preload\ ) depending of the MOD with toggles you've flash before....
Only files in \data\sec_data\ , LidroidSettings.apk , (sometimes in certain ZIPs, SystemUi.apk) and lidroid-res.apk on \system\framework\ are 'touched' during flash.
I think that all my repacked themed work in all LSxxx ROM , sure, on 2nd ROM only.
You can use the stuff in my ZIP with an ORIGINAL VRTHEME file which manage \preload\symlink\blablabla directory, because my VRTHEME have no \preload\ existensZ , i re-script installtheme.sh.

Yes, i think you can because my ZIP have only png files, and VRTHEME script know that some files are in \data\sec_data\ also, for the toogles it's depend what files manage them, have a look detailled of my zips, thanks.
So in attachment, simply updater-script for Infinity Rom V6 LSN from SHERPA47, he provide here
(remove " .InFiNiTy_ROM_v6.0_Android_4.1.2_XWLSN.zip " of attachment before replace it in original ROM)

Troubadour666 man do you have all the themes and mods for this rom flashable for 2nd rom and can i use them for omega v23 by simply flashing them through recovery?. Thanks

You can try every theme here, and flash on Omega v23 and see result , before, see in folder \vrtheme\ of ZIP if xxxxxxxxxx.apk are in good place regardings their place yours in your tel , i mean in \data\sec_data\ , \system\app\ or \system\framework\ and if their are in ZIP but not in the good place , you can manage them in the ZIP by deplacing them in the good three , understand ?

Hi man. I just checked repack-Deivito_Infinity_v5 and found many corrupted png files in data\sec_data while comparing them to the place in my phone. Could you fix it?
Repack-CHIQUI&BULE_ROM_V3_XWLSN-theme worked fine on omega v23 . will test others and let you know.

I correct 4 files which have 0 oct for certain .png files.
i know why : when i use 7zip gui to extract some .png from apks fils, i have sometime errors in decompressing and 7zip 'stop'. So i use WINRAR and no pb with it !
For these 4 files, i use one another method, a command line tool to extract only .png files and respect subtree folder in \res\ , with command line tool 7za.exe, and i have not see that 7za.exe have the same bad uncompress process than 7zip for these apks too.
So WINRAR extract them without error, i use it now for these 4 files.

updated here for second rom with lidroidsettings.apk in \system\app like Infinity rom, if you have lidroidsettings.apk in \data\sec_data\, change his place in my ZIP before flash.

I am currently using omega v23 but thinking of changing either to alliancerom 7.3 when i get it for dualboot from you or to infinity v6, What do you recommend?

Hi guys i edit the systemui (notification panel) because i dont like the touchwiz style, so i want to share it with you, my phone is the G530H, dont know if it works with other models
Dont forget to do a backup before installing
You need cwm or twrp to install the zip file or if you want to push it by yourself to /system/priv-app (you have to delete the systemui_ess.odex too) the apk is attached

Yes, i think its modding the framework-res because those are the same colors on settings, contacts, msg, etc.

Hi i just deleted the /system/priv-app/SystemUI_ESS.odex and installed the apk but its not getting installed and also my notification panel had been just gone..
Wat to do pls help me..

Hey guyz ! i want to make my Grand Prime Status Bar(Notification Panel) look like Galaxy S6 Touchwix Lollipop Like ! i also tried Wanam Exposed but i cant figure out how to do make this possible ! i cant theme it properly !! can someone help me out to make this possible ??
