[HELP]I8150 - stack on Odin when wanted to change rom

Hi all i started to upgrade to 2.3.6 android with odin version 4.38 and after 40 minutes Odin still stack on amss.mbn downloading. Anyone know what can help ? Maybe other odin version ?
Ok i made it, u need to get odin 4.43 and it will works.
If someone have any questions post here maybe i will can help

Hmm.. not sure about that.
I upgraded using Kies.
I just used Odin 4.43 today to install CWM and it works.

You open Odin, put in the ancora.ops, put the md5 file in One Package and start (with phone connected in donwload mode ofc) In 5 seconds it's done

hi fender, done that [i think] ..i've copied K.P.'s zip onto the phone so how do i get to load that ?

[Q] Stock Rom - Odin

Hi , i need to flash a stock rom i downloaded from sammobile but im not sure if i can do it like videos on youtube show... i watched one named : How To Flash Samsung Galaxy Gio Using Odin 4.42
The file i downloaded has a .tar.md5 file an also a .dll file wich im not sure what to do with ...

Just put the DLL in the same directory as odin.
First, you'll need a flashing driver, google for one for gio...
Then check here:

First select the ops file, then one package.

[Q] Updating Bell S3 from old leaked rom

Hi there
Back in September, there was a leaked rom of the JB update for Bell. I flashed it successfully and everything went smoothly. But in November, Bell released the official JB update, and I'd like to flash that.
I downloaded Samsung-Updates.com-SGH-I747M_BMC_1_20121121150017_8dyms8nejb.zip from Samsung-Updates.com, but not sure what to do with it. When I put it on the phone, and try and instal it from the recovery screen, it fails.
I've looked at various posts, but can't find the answer to my 2 questions.
- Am I using the proper update from the site mentioned above?
- And how do I go about flashing this onto the phone? (I tried ODIN, but in the PDA, there are options for md5, tar, gz, etc, but not .zip files. I'm just being cautious so that I don't brick my phone.

there should be a tar file in the zip just unzip the file you downloaded

There are only 2 files in the zip file.
KIES_HOME_I747MVLDLK4_I747MOYCDLK4_538866_REV04_user_low_ship.tar.md5
SS_DL.dll

Can I flash the md5 file with ODIN? What's the purpose for the dll then?

^^^ This is what you want to use in the PDA section. You can ignore the DLL.

Yeah just flash the md5 file in odin as PDA. I have no idea what the dll file is for

[HELP] developing kernel on samsung.

i have never made any thing for samsung.
but now i am going to make my kernel for samsung.
unlike others samsung have different bootloader.
fastboot flash boot boot.img won,t work here
so i can,t use boot.img.
so can anybody tell me how to pack boot.img and make odin flashable file.
also i need to know were can i find stock firmwares.

Can not start after flash firmware via ODIN
I`m flash thi firmware via odin. However, when phone reboot to logo then stoped. The logo always show and not continue to step setup wizard. Can you help me solved this issue?:crying::crying::crying:

I flash via ODIN 3.12 , select AP...files. I flash stock AOJ1 success but BPE6 is not.
