4G and HDMI problem - Samsung Epic 4G Touch

anybody experienced 4g being disconnected while trying to stream to TV via HDMI? It seems like as soon as I hook up the HDMI connector to TV, it always disconnects 4G. I tried connecting 4G while HDMI is connected but it never connects until I unplug HDMI cable/adapter. on Blazer Rom v3.2. any suggestions?

Might try upgrading the drivers for the network adapter.

WiFi USB adapter on phone/tablet

I have couple of WiFi USB adapters used to enhance weak WiFi signals and to improve WIFi connection.
Is it possible to connect such an adapter to the phone/tablet by an OTG USB cable? Are there any drivers or apps that enable WiFi adapter to be used on phone/tablet?
Many thanks in advance.

[Q] Wired connection slower than WiFi?

My fire tv running Kodi or SPMC has the strange behavior that playing movies from a SMB share (Apple time capsule) with wired connection is buffering, but not on WiFi.
I've already replaced the ethernet cable and used another port an the time capsule, but the problem is still the same.
Is it possible that the network stack on fire tv is bad on wired connections only?
Thanks!

Wired Connection Cable Unplugged?

Hey All,
I have finally managed to run a cable from my gigabit router (ASUS RT-N66U) (downstairs) up to my FireTV box. It has been working without issue (unrooted) for a couple of years via WIFI (both 2.4 and 5ghz). When I plug in my ethernet cable, the settings tab on the firetv always shows Cable Unplugged. I have tried removing and replugging both ends. Relocating the firetv right next to the Router using a known good cable. I have connected the cables and rebooted the firetv. Still no ethernet via hard cable.
Any suggestions to get this to work??
Thank you!

did you disable the wireless network? It may be trying to connect to both, which is a no no. Did you try to access the internet? Sometimes it connects without feedback, it takes a while to connect.

Did you disconnect the Wi-Fi? It can't connect to both
Yes, I tried forgetting all network connections. The problem isn't internet connectivity it doesn't see that the ethernet cable is plugged in. Though the router see data and link activity from the firetv.
Any ideas?
Rick
Any resolution to your issue? I am NOW having same issue... wired connection was working just fine for more then a year and one day just stopped. Cable is good, I plugged in my laptop there and all is working as expected but as soon as I plug it into AFTV, it says cable unplugged.
I'm afraid I never did get it working... Sad. Very Sad.

I have my FireTV 2nd gen working via ethernet since 'day 1'. The ethernet cable is connected to a switch, then to another switch then to the router. Also had the FireTV connection on DHCP with its MAC on a reserved IP.
Check if FireTV is set for DHCP or using a 'manual' IP; also check the router & look at the "attached devices" to see if the FireTV is connected, wired or wifi.

[PX6][MTCE][Android 10] LTE 4G Stick working partially

Hello people,
hopefully i am in the right Thread.
I am using now for few days a LTE 4G (from AliExpress) Stick in my car.
Its connected to the USB Port of my Pumpkin Radio.
After few minutes the App EasyConnection-CarbitLink starts and the Stick is NOT connecting to the internet and the WiFi is not enabled. This is very annoying.
So i have to forceclose this app EVERYTIME when i am turning on the engine of my car.
But even then the Stick lose ,while driving, sometimes the connection to the internet and Wifi.
I already tried the Stick at home and have no problems.
Any recommendations?
Hi, mobile-freak.
I also suffered this same problem altought it happened with a Huawei dongle.
The problem is: dongle tries to comunicate by the usb port with HU, but there´s not compatibility in communication.
The only thing you have to do is connect the dongle to a 5V universal usb charger and dongle will connect to the ISP and will establish a wifi network to which you´ll be able to connect without more problems.
This way, EasyConnection will not start.
I got one with WiFi and 4G, USB is only used for power. So I connect with WiFi from the HU to the dongle.
