Is there a way to fix. App drawer is very slow, just at first. Once you scroll a few times it speeds up?

probably Go Launcher, as i am experiencing the same thing. tends to be worse the more intense the transition effect picked. ive only noticed it upon start up. correct me if im wrong, but the launcher needs to build a cache in order to increase scrolling speeds. so after everything loads fully and you swipe 2-3 times, its back to fluid motion. my recommendation would be to delete apps/texts/emails; pretty much any in-device memory and see if that helps. or, like me, you can just roll your eyes, grunt a lil, and deal with it lol
Yes. Go Launcher.
I'll just deal with it.
Thanks

That is the main reason why I use ADW EX. Never had any issues with it myself.

Has anyone had the problem of downloading a walpaper from and app like full hd wallpaper and when the phone turns off and when back on its enlarged so you cant see it all if so how to fix? im also on the fb21

I will never understand why people use wallpaper apps... Just use google.
Well ive tryed and never had this problem before and google doesnt comeout that well

you are on an experimental/unstable Rom so bugs are to be expected. Try going into your gallery and finding the image that your app downloaded and then manually applying it as the wallpaper from there? or go back to a more stable rom :/
Lol you did just remind me it was a test build... Since it feels so stable and no problems with it

actually it has a number of problems. i would say they are annoyances and not deal breakers though
So I was just wondering what ever happened to the flashlight widget button in the scollable widgets? I thought it was just missing from Thunderhawk but just flashed TPR2.2 and still no flashlight? Is there a way to bring it back?

I'm working on that today. It requires a little recoding.

Just what I would love to hear =).
But just out of curiosity, how did it disappear in the first place?

OK this is driving me nuts. I think there is something in FC09 killing it. I copied systemui, lidroid-res and quickpanelsettings from Legendary 2.2 (after trying to recode first) and it still only has 12 toggles instead of 14! Those are the only 3 files that are involved. Tiny Flashlight app on your homescreen fixes all...lol.

Lol that's what I use for now but id rather have it in the status bar as I used to on EI22 and I believe that was the last time I've seen it in the status bar lol. I've always wondered what happened to it but oh well I guess.
But you said only 12 out of 14? What is the other one that doesn't show?

Power off I think. So something since EL30 killed it I guess.

I spent about 3 hours on it and realized it is a lot for a stupid flashlight toggle when Tiny Flashlight is on my homescreen. I don't know what they could have done to make it not work on EL30 or FC09. It works fine on Legendary 2.2 though. I flashed Zanderman's MTD file and boom it was there.

It drives me insane when I'm using the device one-handed and trigger this "feature" when I scroll near the edge of the screen...
Same here especially when trying to bring up the quick controls.
Same here on international version

There seems to be no option. The browser itself is one of the best stock browsers I've ever used. But I want to punch sammy in the throat at times for not allowing that to be turned off.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
I agree I would also like it to be disabled. The other big annoyance in the stock browser is the double tap to zoom doesn't work (over zooms every time - naturally you have to be in desktop view to see this). There is a setting to alter it but it doesn't help. Firefox works correctly but I end up using the stock browser most of the time and just pinching.
I no longer have this problem. I was stock AT&T, then rooted, then running International ROM with a stock browser that doesn't have the edge zooming. Yes, it did annoy me when I had it.
Wow! You're right! I also changed to a different rom a while back but kind of forgot about the problem. I thought I was being more careful I guess. No! I forgot only because the problem was gone and didn't notice! Yet another reason to get off stock! Great info, big

No movement on this topic I guess. This feature drives me nuts as well but I don't want to go to a different rom to resolve it.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
Well you can also use a different browser - plenty of choices out there...
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app

Have a weird bug that comes and goes and can't figure out why or how to fix it. Long pressing home should bring up all open apps and let you get to task manager. Most the times it works, but every once in awhile it will completely stop working. A reset fixes it or if i just wait awhile it will come back.
Anyone else get this or know of a fix? Home button still works, just not the long press

This happens to me sometimes right after or during watching an online video through the browser, it doesn't work until the video player or the system UI force closes(takes around a minute)
So we all know the GS4 out of the box has some atrocious lag. Well I went through the steps to clear a lot of it out without rooting. Just stock, and changing some settings within the OS itself. But I was still noticing some small lag here and there. Well it turns out I put my GS4 on the charger and start using it, and I notice that there is significantly less lag, I unplug it, and then it goes back to usual lag. I have done this back and forth a couple of times, with the same results.
So could it be that Samsung ramps up the CPU when on the charger?

Your power save could be on?
Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk 2
I never experienced lag on this phone until yesterday and I noticed google services was using uo my battery. Went to the google settings and there is a new option call android device manager and I unchecked all the location settings and lag gone. Also if you have google currents go into settings and disable background sync.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk 2
Checked that and it's completely off. I wouldn't put it past Samsung do that, we've already seen them ramp up the processor and gpu for the benchmark rests, my guess is that they lower the clock speed when not charging or maybe below a certain percentage.

No lag here. Sorry to hear that bro
Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda app-developers app
It's not like it's everywhere, it's just in a few places, like hangouts, where my One never lagged, or sometimes a jitter when swiping through apps or home screens. Guess I'm just not used to it coming from the One. But there is a difference in performance when plugged into a charger and not.

Watch a movie on the one or play a game. Its night and day compared to the S4.
My cousin has the one. YouTube takes at least 2 more seconds, worse quality, and skips.
Games skip/lag, and loading time is longer for the One.
You gotta take the good with the bad with either phone.

That is true, the YouTube app is much more solid on the GS4. But one small thing is that I get this huge black bar at the top of my YouTube app when I switch from portrait to landscape. Anyone know how to fix that?

That's just the app itself. That's not even a problem. If something like that REALLY bother you, then you're EXTREMELY anal about things.
P.s. I think you're a ONE fanboy that came on here to put down the S4.
