Skype and HTC TP2

Hi,
I have installed Skype:
Logs in: OK
See all of my contacts
However all of them have a grey cross next to them...so I cant do anything/speak to people..
On my PC checking simultaneously with the same skype account, there are some of my contacts online..
Can anyone help..

I suspect that you're Skype app is launched but you're not actually logged in. Dig into the menus to see where you can change your status to "online".

Sync Services via Internet? Online Favorites?

I cant find any app / software or service to sync some datas..
I wanna use the Internet on my way.. maybe in a internetcafe etc, if i got some weblinks, notes etc i wanna transfer them simply to my phone via internet.
for example via igoogle. I tought that were very easy, but i cant figured out how that will works..
When i use igoogle - chrrr.. doesnt work..
Is there any simply sync-service to use?
Just surf in the internet.. find some interesting weblinks. open a website including this service, enter my notice - save and get out. later this day i wanna see this note on my phone. Got it?

"My Phone" will sync bookmarks but I believe these are saved as Internet Explorer favorite links on your mobile. So if you use IE as your default brower, then great.

nope.. try´d already. But i found GOOGLE NOTEBOOK. It works very fine.. exactly that what i want.

Problem with WLM in Mango.

Hey guys, I've updated my HTC Trophy to Mango and I've noticed a problem with WLM in Messaging.
In the Messaging under online, it only shows some contacts online, but not every online contact.
and when I go to some contact in the PeopleHub, it says text+chat, but it doesn't show it for everyone I speak to on WLM.
Anyone got a fix for this?

I have noticed this with my FB contacts. Some friends don't show up in the list available on my phone, but it does show them as available in FB chat on my computer.

I have this issue too.
And hope this is just a beta bug, but sometimes when I'm chatting with someone and I turn the screen off and after a while I turn on and go chat with the same person, it shows me that he is offline.
I need to go back to message hub, slide to "online" and wait to load again.

Its a privacy setting they have enabled to allow apps certain permissions. Fb has these and wlm has them each friend. Has to grant access to other apps to use chat and such

I've found that it's just the people I have added recently, all my older contacts seem to work fine.

Maybe.. in your email settings, how often you set to download new content?

Sync manualy once all of your accounts in Settings/email-accounts...

I download new content every 30 minutes and I keep syncing in manually in settings>email+accounts.
I'll be able to chat to people on WLM desktop, but not in Messaging on my phone, they don't appear online.

The problem might be the server that Windows Phone using is not the same as WLM, and some functionality of WLM have not finished yet in the current build of Mango (as it is for dev to testing app). We might have to wait until they release the final build or might be another working update. Right now, even those people from FB, Y!M or Gmail can see you online and they can send you message, but you probably cannot send back to them due to the limit of current build. However, I can confirm that WLM working perfectly. So if you guy has Live id, use it for messenger for now until we have the good build as we can message other services.

[REQUEST] Blueant Android Application

It's in the market, but it lists the Galaxy Nexus as incompatible. Prior reading has shown that this has been an on going issue on many devices (listing it as incompatible when in actuality, it would install fine and work fine). So I was wondering if anybody could post the APK file for the latest one (it's a free app, so I don't think this is against the rules, if it is please close the thread).
If this doesn't work, I was also wondering if anybody could make it compatible?

Try Googling the APK. If its unavailable for the nexus to download then most of the people in this forum may not have access to it.
They also probably didn't update it for ICS which is why it probably shows incompatible. And it might be with the ICS drivers.

Funny, I didn't know what this BlueAnt app was until I bought one today and went looking for the App in the "Play Store". Did a google search and this thread popped up that I previously replied too. lol.
Seems to be working fine as far as the app downloaded manually from their website. Using it now, although it seems useless outside of "reading text messages".
But I'm having a problem with Name Announce. I went through a Jawbone which claimed to do it... and used several 3rd party apps to try to make it work, until I gave up and got this. I've synced my phonebook 3 times now but my work number, under "Corporate", but when I call it just says the number.
I use Email for exchange which syncs my work contacts into my gmail contacts. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. I'm going to try to delete the work number and re-create it under my gmail listings and see if that works.

Funny that worked. It won't sync my work exchange contacts, thus just reads the number. I would have to manually delete all the exchange contacts and physically add them in under my personal Gmail contacts.
This would work, but part of using the exchange is that it automatically keeps everything up-to-date with new/old employees.
I guess its time to report a bug to BlueAnt. Personal name announce is a step in the right direction at least... and I moved my main corporate number over so at least it covers 90% of my inbound work calls. We work in the field so I do get lots of calls from cellphones, which in this case wouldn't name announce.
Just a heads up for XDA and Google reference.

Dude, one of the easiest things is to bypass the Samsung Apps.
I have installed on my wave y time ago.
That I created this file.

Hi there,
To help resolve your contact sync issue, please do the following:
-Make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection. Viber will only sync when there is an adequate internet connection
-Make sure the contacts you expect to see in your Viber contact list are Viber users. If they are not Viber users, they will not appear in the Viber contact list.
-Refresh the Viber contact list by pulling the screen down and releasing
-Check your device settings for which contacts to display. Select "All contacts" in order for Viber to recognize all of your contacts
-From your device contact list, remove a contact you know for sure is a Viber user > Add them back to your device contact list > Check your -Viber contact list to see if the sync has occurred
-Restart your device
