There must be an app in the background that's draining it

My buddy uses it and he said he likes it, I was wondering if anyone has used it on the Gnex? If so how did you like it and how did it perform for you? I'm always looking to save battery life any way possible.

Wanna save battery? Stay away from "battery savers"

I use it on my galaxy Nexus and I'm very satisfied. while it doesn't double the battery life it does increase the battery life by 50 percent .

Battery savers are no more than turning off your radios, such as Wi-Fi. Why do you need that? You can just easily turn them off.
One app that I DO recommend is y5. It detects whether you are close to the Wi-Fi you connected to and turn the Wi-Fi on. And turn it off when you're not near. Super handy for me!
Swyped on my Galaxy Nexus running AOKP with Franco Kernel, overclocked to 1.4GHz
I tried it and it worked good, but I switched to JuiceDefender and got more options and better battery life. Northern doubled battery life,,but they did increase it.

I just wanted to ask if anyone could make a guide to getting really good battery life, on any rom or stock(I'm on stock, stock kernel) I get around 7 hours of life with moderate use mostly texting all day but I used to get 16+ hours before I refreshed a few times. Someone made a guide for the galaxy vibrant for me before so I wanted to know if anyone could do that for this phone? Also does turning animation off on this phone (stock rom) and GPS off make a huge difference in battery life cause to me I get the same battery life. Thanks guys

Hi. Voice calls use almost 40% my battery life. If I speak about 1min my battery stats drop 7-10%. Its not ROM issue, course I have tried many different ROMs. I always do full wipe. Could it be battery problem? I change my battery years ago.

You changed your battery years ago? Well you need a new one.

Sory. I mean year ago. I tried my desire HD original battery and I have same issue with it.

Use an App that can monitor battery draining applications in Your device.
It could also be an antenna problem; if signal is not good enough phone works at maximum power during phone calls draining Your battery.
Remove the bottom SIM and SD cover and try to clean contacts with a pencil ereaser.
Hope this helps
Hi, I recently got this phone and I installed pacman rom on it and I noticed the battery is dying very quickly. I didn't spend enough time on stock to make a comparison but I just wanted to know if anyone else running this room had the same problem. This is actually a used phone, so the battery just may be at the end of its life. I ordered a new battery to be safe.
