[Q] cannot download applications fromandroid market..

hey guyzz .. i hv just now flashed stable cyanogenmod 7.1.0.1..but i am not able to download appliactions from android market..can anyone tell me how to solve this problem..!!

i m using market 3.1.3..

Try moving market download cache to sd. You can use s2e to do this.

Need more info really. 1st does market open,2nd make sure your date and time are correct,3rd have you set up your Google account,4th background syncing must be enabled and 5th if you have set custom mtd then this could cause problems. Moving the market to and from one place to another will have no bearing on it working or not in my experience.

did you flash and install the GAPPS?

in order to download from the market you need to attach a google account to your phone.

wifi and data connection
need help,.iam using repencis rom v2,.i follow all the steps,.
but my wifi and data connection aint working
i can connect to wifi but not on the internet
anyone who can help me?

i am also using repencis v2
i followed every instructions and im on the part where i have to use better terminal emulator
i opened better terminal emulator, went to preferences, and then options and i looked for the method input and there's none.
can i just omit that part or do i have to download another terminal emulator?

First of all thanks for this thread , from last week iam thinking to migrate from creeds to repencis but cant because of complication with repencis flashing.
Which is the best way flashing with CWM or odin, i tried with odin but not successful and using stock now. So is flashing with CWM is ok and can anyone plz provide me the latest link of Repencis rom flashable with CWM.
and Mostly what i noticed is data connection problem is ther any successful solution for that..plz frnds help me out..

Urgent help, flashed repencis lite edition through CWM. Flash is successful but language is not in english my built is DDKL1, what to do now plz frnds help me out..to get english language..as im Indian.

you could change it to english via setting>locale n text>select language everytime

the easiest way, use third party message apps such as go sms.

Repencis
uhm, overall i love the ROM. i didn't encountered any problem flashing it thru CWM and ODIN. but i have a few questions.
1. is there anyway i can use tyhe Voice Search of Google? even third party apps like Vlingo isn't working. always Forced Closed.
2. is there any way i can remove the error when changing lockscreens? i hate browsing to gallery coz i got many files there. >.<.
3. lastly, can i revert to stock rom when i want to? if yes, how? i forgot to make backup ain CWM coz i dont have any free space in my sd card. thanks!

since i have flashed cm9-fixedwifi rom, my phone is rebooting again ang again...i have reflashed the rom thrice but still phone is rebooting again and again...can anyone tell me the fix for it???

sim prob can be easily solved.....flash cm7....go in2 sim contacts...copy them to phone...import them to you memory card....in cm9...restore contacts from memory card....
there was some prob in the built prop....flash this zip in recovery it would fix the the built prop...
go in2 recovery flash this zip.....flash the latest radio .....clear cache,dal cache....and you will be good to go

my phone is very slow..i have read about mtd partition and increasing sd card cache something..!! i have not understood this..!! i have read one post about increasing sd card cache..!! then i downloaded root explorer...then i opened /sys/devices/virtual/bdi/179:0/read_ahead_bk...in that it was written 1024..now how can i increase this sd card cahe...then i tested read and write speeds , that were, 8.8 and 19.0 Mbps....now can u plz explain what to do next so that images in my gallery opens faster and my phone runs smoothly...

well cant be more clear bout the contacts part.....just copy your sim contacts to phone memory...make a backup VCF file on cm7...recover it on cm9 or any rom you choose to flash
ITS ALWAYZ BETTER TO START FRESH GET THE LATEST CM9 UNOFFICIAL BUILT..FLASH IT...THEN APPLY THE FIX ZIP...!
in case you have created any ex partitions...take a backup of your sd card...format the sd card in fat32 file system from your pc/lap...
copy cm9 latest built....fix zip....latest radio image....and flash it as told earlier...flash cm9...then gapps...then the fix zip...then radio....
well cm9 's latest built is pretty fast...to pump it up more....use an application called ram manager pro...and use "balanced" profile...use quick pic instead of default gallery....crank up the cpu ... preferably... max-710+MHz min-anything not bellow 300+/- MHz
and lastly use sympfinity+ 4.1 kernel...governor should be -smartass+ and io sheduler should be -SIO
use set cpu or voltage control to tweak i/o sheduler..
enable-JIT
vm size-32m /48m if u have heavy apps installed
compcach ram-off

I'm on the same rom atm and had the reboot issue, only reflashing the radio fixed it for me.
And for me its buttery smooth, no lags at all.

Jit is enabled by default on cm9 of I'm not wrong.
Use no frills cpu control app to overclock and tweak io scheduler.
I use 691-768 with smartass v2 with noop io scheduler.
Go to settings>performance>memory management and disable zram.
And you can flash radio successfully only with cwm recovery v2.5.0.7 or by fastboot method.
PS-dont create any new thread, you can ask all your problems in amy of your existing threads.

Can i get a link to stock browser

I didnt want to post a whole thread for this, but after searching around i figured this was the quickest way, i just need the stock browser because flash doesn't work on opera mini but i know it works on stock so if you can get this for me id really appreciate, also to save time can you also tell me where to find it in case i ever need it again THANK YAW!!

download ROM from which you want take browser then go system>app>browser.apk <-this will be browser that you want

this is the stock browser in as zip format its from the wildchild rom (version 3.3) simply search wildchild version and the link will be in the add ons section of that rom thread.
reboot to recovery select install zip file scroll to it and boom when your phone reboots you have stock browser back.

[Q] Google Plus isn't working properly!

I have installed two different Roms but when I go to Google Plus Setting > Instant Upload... its crashes
I need to go there to select the upload all option but as I tap on Instant upload, it crashes.. any ideas why?
I have been using WanamLite Rom and Omega 9.1.. Happens in both

lol... What I meant was...
I installed Omega 9.1 ROM first and I had this problem then I wiped it and installed WanamLite Rom and it still crashed..

try stock rom.
and can you upload the pic via other apps ?
could be a problem with sdcard
